Not convenient for public transportation

Have stayed here many times, a go to choice when arriving late at the airport. Close to the airport, large size room, good breakfasts; egg toast fruit coffee. A great room rate.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Taxis were booked for us at the front desk.

It seemed that the staff was annoyed at our presence.

We came here for family holiday. I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and I love the breakfast served. The hosts were nice and welcoming. The quietness of the location made for a great night rest. The beds were firm and comfortable. Slept like a baby. I liked the culturistic touch of taking off shoes before entering the building. If you're not used to this, I encourage wearing socks. Oh and they have a ramp for accessibility which was great for my mom because she doesn't do stairs well.

Overall I loved this quaint boutique hotel. However I learned from the Bolt drivers (had three cancel because of pickup location) that while the location is great being near the airport it is considered far away from attractions (30-40mins) because we had to go thru several tolls in order to get to the floating market and other local attractions so make sure you bring money for tolls that range from 25thb- 50thb or have a personal driver set up ahead of time. Also the traffic was jammed just to get to attractions coming from this location.

This is not a "resort". It is a comfortable room in a B&B located near nothing else but 15 min from the airport. There is no "restaurant" but they will make you something to eat from a very limited selection. Owners were pleasant and place was clean. But the AC is only in your room.

It wasn’t too far from the airport (about 10 mins drive).It was clean and the family room was a decent size.

There is absolutely nothing around. The only thing to do is stay in your room and eat dinner at the hotel, it’s small so there was no one else staying there and there’s a small menu. Pleasant food. We stayed when we arrived after a long haul flight, but actually wish we’d made the final slog to our final hotel. The night before our flight back we stayed at a resort with a pool and larger restaurant for a similar price and closer to the airport and that was better for the kids.

Great staff nice clean room on arrival

Location is awful absolutely nothing around and the nearest 7 11 is 15 minute walk away. I stayed for 2 nights and the Room was clean on arrival however no attempt was made to clean the room on the second day so no water, toilet roll or coffee replenished which I found was unacceptable.

So very Clean and spacious room. Loved that it had an armoire to hang clothes up.

The circular drive needs to have it’s bushes trimmed up to allow for safer drive to building entrance

Although it is close to the airport, it is not within walking distance. Also, airport taxis usually refuse short rides.There are no restaurants, markets, or shops nearby—the hotel is quite isolated.Far from tourist attractions, about 45 minutes (one way) to the main street of Bangkok.Unfortunately, I got bedbugs after just one night.

The rooms were larger than average. Very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minutes from the airport. We left before breakfast to catch our early flight so the hotel made us both a take out.Great small hotel, perfect for a stopover near the airport.

Nice big room. Tasty dinner. We had the taxi ordered for our trip back to the airport next morning. We will come back. Definitely recommend.

Our favourite place to stay if we need Suvarnabhumi airport. Always welcoming and friendly staff. A cozy room with comfy beds.Also a very nice shampoo in the bathroom.We were offered complimentary snacks in the kitchen too.They also have bottles of water in the room and water dispenser in the kitchen with both cold and hot taps.Easy to create some darkness with the curtains if you need a good sleep but the sun is still up.We love it and recommend to travellers:)

the staff there is friendly and helpful. i transit in bangkok and the house there is safe. the owner also cook food (with fees) and i appreciate that! good for transit!

Perfect quiet little spot for an overnight layover!

Broken toilet seat pinched my behind and the hot water in the shower was non-existent.

Perfect place to recover from jet lag! Very quiet large rooms with great bed!

We always go to QG Resort because this hotel is max 10 mins away from the airport, beds are very comfortable, and staff is very helpful ☺️ Thank you ?

Staff was very helpful and arranged taxis from BKK to the hotel, and from the hotel to our next destination. It was very easy to order dinner and breakfast on site. It was very quiet for how close it was to the airport.

Proximity to the airport and price.

Tired facilities, poor communication prior to stay and breakfast was mediocre at best.

Very comfortable room, with a good bathroom with hot water, strong wi fi, and comfortable needs. The place is close to airport (15 minutes by Grab, which is the Asian version of Uber). It’s quiet, cozy, and the small restaurant has good and inexpensive food options.

Understanding it is a cultural requirement in Thailand, it would have been good to know ahead of time that we had to take off our shoes outside the building and go barefoot to the lobby to check in and then to the room.
