Grace Hotel

the worst experience ever.

The location is beautiful, in the city center, close to markets and restaurants.

The building is under renovation and some of the reception staff are unfriendly.

Location is convenient

The hotel is under the renovation. First night we were put not into the room we booked and paid for. It was the New Year’s night and we sent a message to the hotel about the late check in which hotel ignored. We were put in a horrible room with roaches. Second night they moved us to the room we booked but it ruined the New Year celebration and the overall experience.

Property was very good but as they have mentioned that the swimming pool is included... its not once you ho there they will tell you its under maintenance and it has been thrice.The room service is good but honestly not very friendly, as i requested spoon twice or thrice but the blatantly said No although it was not available in room

The only decent thing about this hotel is the cleanliness rooms and bathrooms.

Although we booked and got two superior rooms with two separate beds,we got rooms far from superior and two beds not separate. Th staff in the front desk are not friendly at all and hardly respond to your questions except maybe one.they gave us one key for each room and asked to keep them in the room so the a/c keeps working and every time we want to go back we have to go to reception so they call someone upstairs to wait for us to open the room for us.ofcoures,we didn't get any explanation for this ridiculousness.

there was no roll or regulation on the hotel lobby. no respect for other guest. there no smoking sings in most area of the hotel such lobby and reception but some rude guest were keep smoking. very noise could not sleep or rest during day. On the booking .com was showing pool photos in fact hotel did not have one. I was told by the staff.

Convenient location

I was greeted at the reception by a lady with an attitude. As I made clear to her that I was a customer, using booking.com on regular basis, she disappeared soon enough and another lady with a smile took over my check in.

The staff were nice

The hotel is a building site and should not be advertised. The gym is a store room and the pool is closed. I

Staff was behaving badly and the room given was not the right room type that was booked online.

Smoking rooms avaliable, hot shower 24 hours, comfortable bed, coffee shop open 24 hours

Now understand renovations, very noisy, disco sound until 03:00 every day
