Restroom looks unfinished. If you have mobility issue the hotel is not a good pick. They don't even have a plastic chair to lend to be used in the bathroom for someone who could stand while taking a shower.

I stayed here for 5 days, the hotel is in the center of Nana and well located, you can find everything you need across the street. However the room was decent but not for a long stay though, they clean the room every day. There was an overcharge of the amenities inside the room that they didn’t mention before but it’s okay. Next time you could let guests know before check in. Overall it was a good deal worth the value.

Far enough from Sukhumvit to be quiet with a golf cart available 24/7 to run you to Sukhumvit and back. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. It’s an older building but well cared for, and it’s very reasonably priced. Staff is fantastic. Very chill spot.I was staying here during the earthquake; the building sustained basically no damage.

Lack of a gym or pool is a downside, but I wouldn’t have used them enough to justify the cost.

The reception staff is simply wonderful — every single one of them, including the shuttle driver to the start of the street. The rooms are huge, really!The design is very outdated, but for me, the spacious room and the balcony where you can sit were what mattered most.Thank you very much — I’ll definitely come back again.

We had the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony The room is huge, clean, and comfortable. The main bedroom is massive. The living room with couch, tv, table, and fridge was great. Air conditioning in both rooms worked well. Good hot shower. A lot of reviews mentioned the bathroom but it was fine and looks like the photos.Massive balcony overlooking a quiet square. Room was quiet and away from the main street.Easy walk to the main road and BTS. 7-11s and some tourist restaurants on the strip. They have a golf cart to drive you up if you want Wifi worked everywhere except the balcony.Highly recommended

Not a modern hotel with limited amenities

Good location, quiet Soi. Big room with a lot of space with nice colors. Good towels Nice lobby but...very uncomfortable with very heavy straight&square chairs, no couch or good armchairs, not exactly a place to relax or enjoying a coffee.

1) Hard mattress and pillows. 2)TV with only thai channels, no English or international channels at all. 3) No bedside lamp, so you have to get up from your bed to turn off the lights, very annoying. 4) Wi-Fi is often patchy. 5) Not enough clothes hangers... I asked for it, but it was impossible to get a few extra. So I went to Robinson dpt store and I bought some that I left behind. 45 Bahts... big deal!!! 6) A fixed wall shower inside a bath and...the water heater box outside the curtain shower to complexifie the whole thing!!! Me, I don't mind about the concrete finition of the bathroom, as mentioned in many reviews, as long as I have a good shower and a good lighting as well. 7) A tricky key card with a chip on ...that you have to insert properly to open the door and to get power inside. Sometimes, you have to insert it 2-3 times to open the door. 8) Making up the room has been a big issue. I put the make-up room sign every day early in the morning and getting back around 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon, and it wasn't done yet. The same scenario occurred for the 4 days of my stay. I was obliged to ask for it again and leave my room for the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes. My room is not a mess,I'm a very clean and careful person...just need new towels, make up the bed, and a little bathroom clean up ...10 minutes the most, but they never understood that. What's for this make-up room sign if it's ignored? It's very frustrating!I'm a traveler of 200 nights yearly across the world since 2016, and I have never experienced such a problem like this one.

The first night the door got locked from the inside when we tried entering the room at night, with the Security lock from inside wich was impossible for us to do when entering, and the night staff kept telling me it was my fault. And at the end they gave us a smaller room and all our stuff was in the deluxe room. They fixed it in the morning the day after.What they should have done is called a builder to open the room. I mean for a water damage are they gonna wait until morning ? The biggest issue was the night staff blaming us, And being rude.Next time just dont be rude to the customers.And to be fair the day staff was really nice.

Staff are friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. Room is spacious with a wonderful bed and good air con. Bathroom is really tiny but functional.

First of all the hotel is nice, spacious and clean room with a balcony and bath/shower. The people at reception are very friendly and there is always someone at the desk 24h. The location is perfect, very close to the main road but at the the hotel its very quiet. There are 2 7/11s down the street and I personally loved eating at Det5, but plenty other food options.

Nothing really, I had a problem with my door but the staff helped me out with that. Or maybe the addition of a pool would make it 10/10.

The hotel is a little bit oldschool but the rooms are great. The area is calm... not very typical for the Nana Sukhumvit area.Some people say the bed is hard... I actually really liked the mattresses.

The lady at reception was very nice. The room was very quiet and spacious.

The quality of the room is not 'deluxe'. The decor is more 1970's that has not been replaced and there are no tiles on the bathroom floor or walls or around the sink. It's just concrete. I did not like having to be asked for 1000 baht up front for damages, although I was reminded that this was in the details of the booking after I'd paid booking.com. I also felt that it was inappropriate for another guest's sheets to be examined for stains in the reception areas as I was waiting to speak to the receptionist. If felt a bit seedy.
