It was comfy.

a bit far out of town. But that said, we found great little places in the neighborhood.

I liked the staff most of all. Made you feel very welcome and made our stay very pleasant.

Some things were not clean and very dusty despite being cleaned everyday the room was a little outdated.

Lovely hotel - very clean, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

Quite a ways out of the city so to get to tourist attractions is at least a half hour drive.

Bed rock solid , first hotel in 3 months after a lot of hostel rooms and way by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in that time

The stuff are friendly and very accommodating they help us too much and we got the room for cheaper price and it's good to have kids there cause they have pool and my kids enjoy alot

The food should change the menu all the time

Breakfast is barely passable -- 5 out of 10. WifFi is good.

Constant dog barking noise -- when I complained to the front desk, they did nothing. There is no warm water in the room -- only hot or cold, which makes it very difficult to take a shower. Very noisy in my room from the all street traffic !!! I had to wear ear plugs in my room.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average but can’t complain. Rooftop restaurant was the highlight.

Booking put up pictures of different room and when we purchased and arrived they took us to small bed small room.. I've asked to put us to the room I paid for so they offered me to pay additional 60€ to upgrade... We left. Got our money back. Booking are lieing sack of sh1t

Disappointing and terrible.

The property is filthy . The hot water didn’t work in the room so we were downgraded to a smaller room with no discount and were given a voucher for 1 half price drink. The food and drinks were so overpriced and full of salt. The cleaning staff came to our room at 6pm to clean the room. We had to tell them to leave.the lights were not on in the hallway. What a disappointing stay. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Nothing much really except for the staff, they are very nice and polite but they could do with training their staff better. We Would have cancelled and moved to another hotel but the booking was non refundable.

The five star rating on Booking.com is misleading, it should be a two or three star rated hotel.The staff are very nice and pleasant but communication in English is a struggle.The pictures were done smartly and were probably from a time when the hotel was new but the actual state of the hotel is that it requires a lot of cleaning and maintenance.Smelly rooms, lots of missing pool tiles, pool slide doesn’t work, kids club was closed.The view from the room was the neighbours plot full of trash.The rooftop restaurant is overpriced for the quality & quantity they serve.Very small rooms.Sliding windows can’t be locked.I missed recognising it in the name but Resotel is Rest Hotel and this is just that, a highway rest stop.

Smelt musty. Fridge had a terrible sickly smell. Room was good size but all and not well kept. Restaurant / bar and room service open at 6pm. Far from anything. Staff didnt engage and unhelpful. Restaurant on the roof over priced amd food awful cost 900 baht 3 dishes and we walked away from the terrible food. Small bottle of hot beer 145 baht. 1 ltr Singha beer 399 baht, flat, hit and old...AWFUL!!!

Location was convenient to airport. Loved the rooftop restaurant.

Restaurant staff were vaping on the roof while they were working. The cost of cocktails was expensive. I was the only customer on the roof. If they lowered the price of cocktails, would stay for more, and I am sure that they would have additional customers. Have seen other hotels in Asia do 2 for 1. Due to the location, there are limited restaurants around, so unless you get food ordered in, the restaurant is the only place to eat.

Def not 5 star! Small lizard room with us. No one speaks any English. Location far out. Out dated furnishings. Pretty old.

Staff were friendly

Very unhygienic and not clean at all. Mould in the bathroom. Shaved hair on the window sill. No housekeeping that came until we asked them to come. Dirty cushions on the bed and the pillows were also not clean.Therefore- not value for money!
