Grand 5 Hotel & Plaza Sukhumvit Bangkok

Nothing!!!

I do not like the hidden down payment when I arrive... I had to put additional money down...the room was to small...my first couple of days my room was not cleaned..I had to go ask at the front desk to have my room cleaned...I was expecting better service

Nice rooms and bathrooms!

It does not have a pool, gym, or jacuzzi!

The only two things I liked about the hotel is the location and cleanliness but house keeping wasn't adding new shower accessories every time they did room service.

Booked grand 2 room which is the supposed to be the biggest room. The reception female manager gave me the worst view every. Basically when I opened the window I was facing nothing but a wall, when I talked to her she said the entire hotel was booked

Good location

The location is great and close access to the metro, near Arab street and the central Bangkok area.

Close to Sukomvit 11

Rooms were very small, there was no space to even move around. Toilet n bathroom were tiny no proper door. No proper towels n no room service. It’s more like hostel n not hotel.

Once again, I was clean it was comfortable close to so many things to do

Great central location, very safe, easy to get everywhere, the 12 o’clock checkout is always a plus, elevators, clean room, good water pressure, even a robe. What can I complain about.

Reception staff were rude and unwelcoming. Rooms were dirtyhousekeeping was inadequate

The property is well kept and the cleanliness is next level. Everything was feasible from its location and it’s strategically located. The staff were super friendly and our needs and inquiries were well responded.

From my stay there for 4 days 3 nights, I didn’t have any negative remarks or any untoward experiences.

Convenient location

Very crowded on the street in front of the building nonstop people coming and going all day and night

Location is great (with halal foods nearby)

I got discounts thats why i selected it. The original tariffs are too high.

I asked fot non smoking floor and yes i inhaled weed for the hole stay and I decided to leave early because I couldn’t tolerate the smell and the noise and they didn’t refund me for nothing

The safe and kettle do not work. Hot water is not available at the sink.

Recieption staff, check in and check out procedures, location, Wifi and everything arround you :)

Breakfast food, cleaning room service, room lighting, room size, no good view from room at all, alot or noises coming to room, no sound proof between rooms at all and more...

Description said it has 4 full beds but they arranged 2 extra beds which were not comfortable.

Location is very good, every things is at walking distance.
