The very high standard of technology, toilet and bathroom facilities very high. Air-conditioning very good . Selection of TV channels very good. City view from the window very good. Bedding very comfortable.

Room could do with more hanging space. Opposit from the bathroom the wooden board @ head height, install more hooks/buttons, at current there are two.

It's a petty that they were not so clear about the possibility to see the fireworks from the big balcony next to the reception at 31/12/25. I didn't understand it and therefore I went to somewhere else to see them instead of staying in the hotel and enjoy it from there. But except of that I have a wonderful time. Thank you

Good location, convenient room, excellent breakfast, nice staff.

There is a lot of useless equipment in the gym. There was a very bad smell of sewage every time after taking a shower. I was in room number 1708, maybe the maintenanse stuff will check it after seeing the review.

No balcony or window in the room

Staff are nice, comfortable beds. I stayed with a good view that they upgraded for me. Even I said that it's a bit far from BTS, but the hotel has free shuttle van service (one way). The breakfast was okay but good view because the lobby is on the 20th floor.

The location is a bit far from BTS, but it's okay if you like to walk, but it's not good with a big suitcase.

Staff was so bad (They are not thai people). My friend room have a lot of problem but when we ask for changing the room, they said we have to pay around 500 baht !!!!!!

Location was quite centralised and walkable from Pratunam area. Comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep.

We were surprised that the TV did not support any streaming apps like Netflix. Pillows were really flat and soft. Additional requests for pillows are chargeable :( .

Arrogance at it's peak

The receptionist were rude, although I booked 3 days with breakfast for all guests, The reception informed me that only two guests were covered and I had to pay for child. I showed the booking.com confirmation, then I was told to directly check with booking and did not even bothered to cross check from their end...too arrogant response..the initial impression itself spoiled the charm of the stay...do not recommend the hotel

Staff was super kind

They didn’t change our towel, even though it was dirty and we left it on the floor; they just folded it and put it in the closet

Very new hotel in a great location. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from, and the staff was genuinely super friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Modern , physically appealing , interesting neighborhood

I stayed there for 3 days. It's a modern hotel, less than a year old. The long rooms are beautiful, and the seating and spaces throughout the hotel are lovely. Their service is quick and available 24/7.

However, I have a comment: their breakfast options are limited for us Muslims. I hope to see more choices in the future. ??

The hotel is brand new, modern, and very clean, with well-designed facilities.

The room experience was disappointing, particularly the beds and the bathroom. Despite requesting a double bed, I was given two single beds with unstable mattresses that kept sliding off sharp-edged bases, posing a safety concern. The bathroom was poorly designed, with no hot water from the tap and a malfunctioning modern shower control. I had to call housekeeping for assistance, and the following day the shower handle fell off completely. When I raised the issue with the front desk, I was told it was due to the hotel’s modern design, but guest comfort and functionality should take priority over impractical design choices.

Cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The toilet seat was not cleaned properly, and on one of the days, no tissue roll was provided, which was quite inconvenient.We also had an unpleasant encounter with one of the dining staff, Lin, on our first day. Our room/name was not on the list for guests with breakfast, and instead of assisting politely, she responded in an annoyed and sarcastic tone while asking us to wait. I had to insist that our booking included breakfast, but what would have made the situation better was a simple apology for the inconvenience while they verified the details. The way she spoke came across as very rude. More training would be helpful—not just on what to say, but on how it should be said.

Great location (has a 711 in the building; near public transpo), excellent breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; spacious and comfortable rooms

Bathroom drainage is not draining well; we had to buy toiletries because the ones provided were too little; almost always traffic outside the hotel (as with most of the popular areas in Bangkok) so it takes a while before Grab drivers arrive
