The staff were very friendly.

The property location is excellent very quite and peace place to stay

The Air-condition is very noisy need to changed and the TV screen is very old sound like it is cracking

Room was big. Good coffee, shops around the corner and walking distance to a shopping mall.

Shower was broken, when toilet didn’t flush properly, the kitchen didn’t have any supplies and when asked only got a few tools, swimming pool had few chairs, and they were all broken, far away from downtown. No smart TV to watch Netflix, etc..

rooms were clean, spacious. pool was clean, water temp little bit cold, but was okay for me after long hot day.

We had booked the family room along with breakfast for 3 nights. The rooms were very spacious and had a kitchenette, 2 restrooms (very cleanly maintained and alternate days towels were changed) and a living room where we had 4 seater dining table (which really helped us a lot) as we had dinner in the room. There is a refrigerator and microwave for storing and heating purposes with 3 bowls and plates kept but there was no washing liquid or accessories to wash them. We could easily get the cabs at the entrance for pick up without any trouble but is situated far from the Grand palace area (almost 8 kms). The breakfast was good and fulfilling. Overall the place is good for stay and we enjoyed staying there.

Distance from this place to tourist places is little far but we were okay with this but be prepared with Bangkok traffic as it depends on the area you choose to visit so keep buffer timing.

It is not worth to stay here. No towel after 4 PM. No cleaning staff available. You cannot ask for any helps about facil

No safe place for parking.

Very disappointed with my stay.The room was dirty and not properly maintained. Staff were rude and unhelpful. There were hidden charges, and the hotel unfairly kept my deposit without proper explanation. Definitely not recommended.

Only the staff at breakfast were polite n nice n security guards were humble l

The property was not at all same as shown on site. Old stinky rooms. With dirty carpets. N room service was the worst.

The stay at The Narathiwas Hotel was very comfortable. The size of the rooms was adequate for 4 people. The breakfast was wonderful with very attentive and friendly staff. Check-in was smooth, and whenever we asked for something, like a clothes iron, it was immediately delivered. The pool, sauna, and several good restaurants around made our stay very comfortable.

There is a horrible smell from the kitchen sink, which is very off-putting!

The staff are absolutely good and they keep this old apartment hotel in business. Because of the able front office staff, and efficient cleaning staff, this old-rusty-rundown hotel is still in business and doing well. So a big thank you to all the staff.

01. Old-rusty-smelly-outsated02. Pool area is a disaster with stagnant messy water all around.03. Change rooms are falling apart, truly old and dirty bathrooms in the pool/gym area.04. Very old rusty gym and equipment.05. Overall, this oldajestic apartment hotel, needs immediate renovations.06. The owners must invest money and renovate this hotel ASAP, because you have really good staff, good location with plenty of restaurants, spas, and cafes.

the management updated the guest name per my request, and they were very supportive and professional definitely will book again for vacating

I had lunch in the lobby restaurant and the the food was delicious Thumbs Up. The staff were also nice

The Room needs improvements

The property, a two bedroom with kitchen and large living room was incredibly well kept and clean. The staff were helpful and very professional and very keen to help. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Nothing to dislike. Some of the guests, particularly Indian and Chinese guests were quite rude, but something the hotel had no control over. So apart from that, nothing to dislike.

The rooms were big and the hotel was in general big. Rooms were comfortable. The staff was polite. There were shops right outside so it was convenient.

The staff could hardly speak english. The property and rooms were quite old. They didn't have good choice of vegetarian food in breakfast and Location was not convenient for the public transport.

Absolutely great stay. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. Will be using this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.

The family suite was enormous, with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Large living area with small kitchen off it. Lots of storage space. Furniture in the room was very comfortable to sit on. Both pool areas nice. Huge outdoor pool. Restaurant staff were lovely, plenty of choice for breakfast.

There is nothing not to like. However, a little disappointed that there were no utensils or plates in the kitchen to eat anything from. Only had 4 cups, 4 glasses and a kettle.

The staff responded to requests very quickly.

I like the location, close to everything and very friendly staffs.

Room need to be updated. My room have AC leaking in the living room two time since I stayed there. The swimming pool and hot tube need major cleaning.

Everything about this hotel was impeccable. They are all very generous and kind. The location is great. There's convenient store and a restaurant right on the premises. The stuff are all very responsive no matter what time it is. They also let us check in early because I landed in Thailand super early. I have no bad things to say about this place at all.
