Close to Nana train station, comfortable room with a hot shower!

Reviews on street noise are accurate .? definitely a busy spot until about 1 am! Use earplugs if you?re a light sleeper

Took an interior room (no windows) because there is a bar across the street with a LOUD band that plays all night... It was quiet... but weird waking up to the dark... EXCELLENT location just off the Nana BTS...

The bed was well past it's prime... with heavy ppl divots so had to sleep either at the top or bottom of the mattress... not great...

I asked for a no smoking room and got a room that had been smoked in. On my second visit they gave my a non smoking room

I thought the location was perfect. You're right in the heart of Bangkok and in the action.The staff was, for the most part friendly and seemed eager to help. I had a check- out this morning at 4am and they were quick to get in and check the room out.

When I was at the hotel and not in my room I hung out at the outside restaurant bar area, sometime to eat or drink, other times to just enjoy my water and take a look at passersby.A young woman was getting annoyed when I didn't order something, and I thought, I'm staying at the hotel, can't a guy enjoy his water without being harassed to buy something constantly. Eventually, she was informed that I was staying at the hotel and not some broke deadbeat who just wanted to tie up a chair. When she found this out, she was a bit embarrassed at how she had been treating me, but I still believe she could have approached it a bit better.Also, I put a please do not disturb sigh on my hotel door and they ended up cleaning the room anyway on my last night. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fresh sheets and towels, but I prefer to have some control of when this takes place.as I had valuables in the room and loose cash on the table.It appears it was all there, but I didn't count it before placing it on the table.

Everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying in this hotel and we were very lucky to get a room upgrade. The staff were, as always, super nice and assisted us with booking our ride to the airport.Location-wise, this hotel is perfect! Just a stonethrow away from BTS Nana station and a walking distance from BTS Asok and Terminal21 Mall.

Bed was like sleeping on stone. I booked the executive suite, which should have the best amenities in the hotel...but if my bed was that hard, I can't imagine how terrible the other ones are.

there are a few downsides to keep in mind. The rooms feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Noise from the street can be noticeable at night.. Still, for the price and the convenience of the area, it remains a practical option for short stays.

the bathroom has no window or ventilation - noise and smell pass through the door. the area is Nana- would nor recommend for couples and families. Hotel is old and the door of the room doesn't shut by itself with is a safety hazard.view from window is unpleasant.

The property was OK and clean. Worth the price, it’s OK, the price/value ratio is great. The staff is very nice and very professional! They act like in a 5-star superior hotel, they are really excellent staff.

Hotel is well situated to many great tourist locations as well as shopping and malls. Plenty of food options close by. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and comfortable with god air conditioning.
