The cleaning they only clean the floor and make the beds other than that not the dont change the sheets and a found a cockroach the other day it expensive and the cleaning services is soooo bad

Honestly nothing.

I booked the Deluxe room, first one had a very loud noise probably from the AC, then I asked to move to another room which was dirty, full of disgusting hairs. Then the cleaning crew came right away but the experience left a mark. No view from the window. The area isn’t so great, quite central 15 min walk from the malls but the street itself is hard core Bangkok.

Location somewhat good, near Sukhumvit. Close to three 7-elvens, street food and massage parlors (they're all over the place anyway). But that's it.

Dirty and claustrophobic. Aircon was so loud at night that you can;t really sleep. Turn it off and you can't sleep either, there's no air to breathe. ALso a lot of noise coming through the walls, constant buzz. Room was very, very small. THe bed was moving on wheels lol and you can't lock them (broken). Luckily it was just two last nights in Bangkok. Definitely not coming back to this place. Avoid at all cost. There are tons of better stays at this price point. Bought it only because I needed a place to stay last minute.

. We needed two rooms and were able to get them for about 100$ total including breakfast. Breakfast had a lot for variety. Dal, Thai dishes, rice, bacon, eggs your way cooked to order, fresh juice, fresh fruit, salad, waffles, pancakes and more. The staff were all super pleasant and polite. If a visit to the Bumrungrad hospital is part of your visit, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk there.

There is no pool ( but they don’t advertise one). The street is a bit small and getting a taxi can take a little while. For me the mattress was a bit stiff, but for someone else it may be perfect. Inside the bathrooms the doors and walls show their age, but they are clean. House keeping does a nice job.

Comfy bed, great location (few minutes from Bumrungrad),complimentary water, kettle. Will definitely return.

Liked everything, but absolutely not a deal breaker but shower could be a bit hotter ;)

Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but nice breakfast. Great location for Bumrungrud hospital. Good price. Early & late check in/out for small fee.

Elevator kept failing. Air conditioning was not adjustable. Roach crawled around in bathroom sink.

Very convenient to Bumrangard Hospital. The room was comfortable and clean with nice basic amenities and near many places to eat and d a large 7-12 where you can buy many food and convenience items. The staff were very friendly.

Close to hospital where appointments were scheduled

Paid in advance through booking.com, had to leave early, property Management Seemingly unwilling to return funding for nights not there.Management says talk to booking.com and booking.com says talk to management.Vert disappointed…

Excellent valur for money. I arrived in BKK with no reservations and booked this hotel whilst at the airport. As i was tired and didn't have the time for an extensive search, i chose this one as it was affordable and pretty much in the middle of the action.The room was spacious, had a balcony and felt spacious all round. Amnemities for coffee or tea are there, as well as a mini fridge to keep you drinks cool.The breakfast was very descent for a hotel of this caliber. Nothing really speacial or a wide selection of items to choose from, but still enough for one to enjoty a nice breakfast. If you're planning to stay more than a couple days, i suspect the choice will start to run thin soon

There's not really much to complain about at this price range (é35/night), but if i have leave some remarks, it would have to be about the details in the carpentry. Visible tear and wear, some patches in repaair work around the room and cleaning could do a slight better job in dusting. The glass shelves for the cups, glasses and coffe/tea had a bit of dust on them, which is easily cleaned during turn down.

Staff were accommodating, friendly and the cleaning staff went above and beyond. Rooms were average everything you would need is provided. Walking distance to everything.

I stayed here for a month and the staff are all so incredibly nice. Breakfast was good, my room was great, and the location is perfect if you are here to go to Bumrungrad Hospital. There is a free shuttle to take you back and forth. A special shout out to the helpful breakfast server, the bell boys and the sweet cleaner. I didn’t get all of their pictures but they were all so helpful and nice.

Great value and perfect stay for Bumrungrad Hospital patients. The staff have been incredibly kind and the coffee shop has great coffee. My balcony view doesn’t get old.

The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located.The staff is super nice and helpful.

There was no actual sitting are in the room...no couch and no real place to eat.Not even a microwave in the room.No pool.No fitness area.

For medical trips to Bumrungrad this property is ideal. A three minute walk to the hospital and exceptional value for money.

They ask for a 1000 Bhat deposit in cash which isn’t a lot of money, but taking as a hold on a credit card would be easier.

The staff went above and beyond the call to make sure that I was well taken care of in anything that i needed. I took a picture of his name tag and her name tag but when I just reviewed my photos they both came out blurry. Sorry guys.. You know who you are..Thank you very much.

The bed and work chair are comfortable..
