That was an apartment where I could actually live for a longer period of time. Split level with bedroom on the top floor. Kitchen area, bath and shower. Comfortable seating,

MRT and BTS public transport are not in walking distance. But not enough to make me give less than 10 for the experience.

The laundry dryers weren’t functioning well. Had to put the load three times still clothes remained wet. Also there were some more washer/dryer nearby in same property other but we were not informed so we waited queuing up for the two which were near the elevator.

Room was clean

You need to wait 5 min for elevator is very slow. Sometimes is full then you need to wait another 5min. In elevator most of the time is very bad smell.

location is great. rooms are exceptional. views are gorgeous. one of the best i’ve seen in bkk.

elevators setup is a real disaster. a vacation ruining issue. two lifts only for 40 floors. wait time is approx 20 mins for the lift. extremely bad.also our floor (36) had a drainage and smell issue. we spent the vacation with a bad smell 247

Nice hotel with restaurants near by. Great Thai massage available in the hotel spa. Self service paid laundry machines available onsight. Exceptionally good breakfast buffet included. Likes the coffee shop/cafe in the lobby for a morning wake up.

Location was difficult for us. No metro stops close by, but they offer a free shuttle to a mall that has one.

Amazing apartment with breathtaking views of the city. We got a complimentary upgrade and enjoyed a spacious suite, modern and very clean. The hotel and restaurant staff are so lovely and friendly. Many thanks to the person preparing the omelette in the morning, who always accommodated our preferences. The pool is outstanding and offers a beautiful landscape. We highly recommend Cassia Rama 9.

The property was beautiful and the room was more of an apartment and completely amazing with everything you would need. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with incredible views.

Nothing except the pool bar wasn't open.

First and last experience with this hotel

Room Location & Comfort:Our room was on the 12th floor, surrounded by tall buildings and heavy traffic noise. Both my partner and I felt dizzy and uncomfortable shortly after entering the room. The layout also contributed to this – the distance between the bed and the wall above felt unusual and disorienting.Due to the discomfort, we checked out within one hour of checking in. However, the hotel did not provide any refund or compensation, which we found very disappointing given the circumstances.The room did not include breakfast, better toiletries, or even complementary snacks, which is below the standard offered by other hotels in this price range.

The facilities and overall quality of the hotel were quite good. The design is modern, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the rooftop pool offers great views. The location is not the most central, so you often need a taxi or car to get around, but there are still some things nearby.

The staff service was inconsistent: some employees were fantastic, while others were extremely unhelpful, not only due to the language barrier but also due to a lack of willingness to support guests. This was disappointing considering I booked a premium stay (executive floor, top floor). However, the main reason for my poor impression is that I left behind very important and valuable belongings in my room, including almost a kilogram of quartz and several pieces of clothing. When I contacted the hotel via Booking to recover them, the process was slow, unhelpful, and in the end, they claimed nothing was found. It is very difficult for me to understand how such large and distinctive items could simply disappear from a 45 m² room. This left me extremely disappointed.

This property was on the newer side, they were building the restaurants in the lobby area, very nice and luxurious feel, staff and amenities were amazing. This is something I could see myself living in, long term.

The room service was perfect. The hotel has the modern auto parking. There is a small grocery store in the lobby. Everything is clean. The pillows are good. There is a tea pot and coffee maker in the room

The reception provided only 2 keys for 4 guests. We requested 2 extra keys, but they rejected. There were no slippers in the room (mentioned in room amenities). The bedroom on the second floor doesn’t have curtains, so there is no privacy at all there. Toilet door and entrance door to the 2-nd floor doesn’t have curtains not have the locks and always open.

The people working downstairs whom barely spoke English that acted like they owned the building when they were merely employees that worked at this establishment, and MANY of them didn’t know anything about how customer service should be like.

Hotel seems new. I think it was a condominium that was then transformed into a hotel. room seemed nice. nothing major i liked about it.

This hotel was a letdown from the start. For a 36-story building to operate with only one functioning lift is inexcusable. It took 5–10 minutes just to go up or down, and this was the case throughout my entire stay. The staff didn’t seem to care or acknowledge the inconvenience at all. The breakfast was poor — runny eggs and tasteless food overall. Honestly, the 7-Eleven nearby offered better options. My room had a large crack in the wall near the AC unit, and the hallways had peeling wallpaper and visible cracks. Not sure if this was related to the recent Myanmar earthquake, but if it was, the hotel should have at least informed guests to avoid unnecessary concern and not make us worry. When I checked in around midnight, the staff were extremely casual and didn’t inform me about the elevator situation, hotel facilities, their timings, or even where the restaurant was or when breakfast would be served. I had to ask for everything one step at a time.I was also asked for a deposit for the room cards, which was never mentioned on Booking.com. During checkout, they insisted I provide the receipt for that deposit — something I wasn’t told to keep. It delayed my checkout until I managed to find it in my bag after some searching. On top of all that, the location is not ideal. Rama 9 is mostly an industrial area, and not a convenient or pleasant spot for a first-time visitor to Bangkok. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have booked the hotel.There were other odd things too: one remote control operated both AC units in the room, so turning one off would turn the other off too — very frustrating. The room photos showed a Nespresso machine, but no capsules were provided. What’s the point of having it then? On the second night, I also had to deal with loud, noisy guests in the room above, which made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels across Thailand and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
