The breakfast could be improved in terms of of the ingredients, level of freshness, quality and flavor could be enhanced. We liked that staffs were friendly and always inviting.

really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities were fantastic, and everything was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The buffet at breakfast is extensive which is wonderful. The food is good quality but the crowds are overwhelming & you are often standing in line. Especially for coffee. If you are able to find a quiet corner it’s bearable but the large dining area becomes very loud & with so many people at a time it’s just not enjoyable.

The hotel is generally good. However, after paying 2,500 THB for two nights for an extra bed, I was surprised that only an extra blanket was provided. This should have been clearly communicated in advance.Additionally, the breakfast is overpriced and does not cater to international tastes, as the menu is almost entirely Thai.More transparency and clearer communication would greatly improve the guest experience

What a treat to find ourselves here at the beginning of our trip to Thailand. It’s a gorgeous property and the value while higher end is so worth it. Totally family friendly. We were traveling with our young adult kids and everyone loved it. The beds are amazing! Everything is clean and appealing. 7/11 next door along with bakery and very central.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was an easy 11/10 — a great variety of options, and everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay.The gym is well equipped, offering a wide range of equipment for any type of workout

Absolutely outstanding staff and facility. Our two bedroom unit was very large and easily accommodated my family of five.

This place goes above and beyond to pamper guests in all possible ways. Every little detail is 5 star worth. I loved the 50th floor restaurant (we stayed at floor 39), the breakfast, the room / bed / view / bathroom, I was supper impressed with the gym which is above most European commercial gyms, it's not just your average hotel tiny gym, and many more. We loved every little detail of our stay, the place is amazing and everywhere you turn there's staff to help you or do anything possible to make your stay amazing.Really happy we decided to try it.

More coffee machines for the breakfast period would be great

Everything was beautiful and executed properly, the facilities were exceptional, the bedding was comfortable, shower has excellent pressure

I did not like how the hotel does not sell alcohol anywhere, we went up to the sky bar restaurant wanting a few cocktails but they don’t do that. They have someone go buy bottles from 7/11 downstairs and bring it up to you but there is a minimum order. It was strange and I wish that it was advertised somewhere that they don’t serve it themselves. Also we went at 9pm to the pool to enjoy the hot tub and there were so many kids and families jumping around and screaming and splashing water in our face it was impossible to enjoy it. Would be nice if they had an adults only area or time for people to enjoy it without children everywhere.

EVERYTHING!! Location, the beautiful details in design, the arcade/game room, the pool, the spa, the staff, the hotel room and view from our room, the food. It was all so wonderful. 10000000000/10

We truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel, impressive rooftop restaurant with stunning views, immaculate cleanliness of the room, design is superb. Lots of activations for in house guests, we loved a very special anniversary arrangements with compliments from hotel and flowers ??? sincerely we would like to highlight the outstanding service by Housekeeping team, their responsiveness, attentiveness to details and care?

TV reception was terrible.We couldn't get the wellness department, they said they have a phone problem. Then they said they don't have space for treatments for the next 24 hours. Dinner in the restaurant on the 50th floor was awful. They just warm up some frozen food from the supermarket.

A new hotel, managed in the same style as Center Point hotels. The room was new, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The bed was super comfortable and spotless. Breakfast had everything you could want — a wide variety of choices and great taste. The arcade inside the hotel was incredible and completely free! The pool area was lovely, with a stunning view overlooking Lumpini Park.

Breakfast reminded me of being in an amusement park — crowded with tourists and families, noisy, and difficult to find a quiet table. Not suitable for a business trip. The upstairs restaurant was not impressive either — overpriced for what it offered and the service was poor.
