GM Estate Hotel and Executive Apartments, Bangkok Sukhumvit 20

Rooms are clean and in very good conditions. Location is fine. Facilities are quite good. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is amazing, but you are going to pay for it. Nothing is cheap. The elevators, there are 4, are fast, you key in your floor before you get on and never push a button. In 3 days I never waited more than 10 seconds, and only once was someone on one with me. The location is a very short walk to Sukhumvit and I was on the 8th floor and heard no noise on the street. I slept amazing. The fitness center is also one of the best I've seen.

There is not a 'lived in" feel here, the place is pretty sterile. Gleaming, clean, almost like a high end hospital, with the same level of charm. I wouldn't want to stay here too long, although the staff is just great and friendly. I guess my biggest complaint was the wifi, I had no reception at either the pool and fitness center, and every time you close your laptop you are logged out and have to log back in. One night I was sitting outside at the restaurant and could not log on to the wifi, but it recognized my log on and password from a previous hotel I stayed at and that was how I got wifi, from another nearby hotel!

It is a great place and value for money. I had nothing to seriously complain. the staff was really helpful and nice. my Suite was spacious , I liked the bathroom very much.

the only disadvantage is that the suite with balcony did not have a washing machine and it was on relatively low store (the view was not that great from the balcony). Also the kitcheneris, like forks/knives, plates - were not in the room - so I had to ask for them - they were provided very quickly.

I stayed for 2 nights. I felt a little bit awkward about this place. My main objective is that it lacks the characteristics of a 5-star hotel, although the try. It is very modern with all the necessities in place. The staff is very helpful and professional. Everything is in place but still. Somehow sterile. But as a whole it is a value for the money spend. Near the subway and although in the bustle of Sukhumvit it is in somehow off the main street. Nice mall nearby - Emsphere as well as very good Japanese restaurant - Tabara prime. 7/11 is also in a close proximity.

Excellent service and great value for money. The facilities are top-notch: beautiful pool, spacious rooms, and a good location close to beautiful big malls and the metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed twice during my trip. The first room was spacious with a lovely view, but in the second one, the blinds didn’t close completely, making it very bright in the morning, and the view was poor. I mentioned it to the staff, and they handled it very professionally - they upgraded me to a better room and offered a discount on the price difference, as well as a discounted late checkout. Really appreciated their responsiveness.

Outstanding Staff. Lek, the Doorman was so nice and kind. Great guy. Breakfast was good. Pool was great, didn't get to use the Sauna. Loved the Room, DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations. Being that the hotel is between Phrom Phong and Asok BTS, hotel has shuttle to get you near each. 5 minute walk to Em Sphere Mall and 8 minute walk to Asok BTS.

Everything was GREAT.

The unit was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious and the location was convenient to the BTS, Terminal 21 and Emsphere. There was also great street stalls within walking distance.

Nothing that we can think of. We would definitely stay at this property in the future if we were to come back.

The hotel was excellent! Everything exceeded my expectations — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again

New hotel, excellent location in a side street far from the Sukhumvit noise but still close to Asok Sky train station and Sukhumvit metro station. The pool and gym were excellent as well. Would go back.

They have huge issues with pipe drainage - if you dont pay attention and stop the water from time to time, the shower overflows and then the next person waits for about 15 min for the water to drain. Annoying. The AC is too strong and needs manual adjustment.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well-organized. The furniture was modern and beautifully designed, and the room layout was impressive. The staff were extremely professional and courteous in their service. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.I spent four days here for my honeymoon, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Bangkok in the future.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

Extremely clean and great location.

Breakfast was the same every day, which got boring pretty quickly. There wasn’t much variety, so it felt repetitive.

Everithing, new hotel luxury rooms delicious breakfast and the staff were superlative.

Beautiful pool, great breakfast, excellent service, exceptionally clean, close to many great restaurants and massage facilities.

Breakfast was dreadful and during our stay it was clear we had a trainee chef boiling the eggs to death Staff had generally a poor level of English for such a hotel
