Everything, great location, great service, clean hotels. Wonderful

John at the front desk, very nice guy and helpful we enjoyed talking with him. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his job.

Breakfast was a little expensive, but good. Service was outstanding and the hotel shuttle was super convenient.

The location was as close to the sky train as I thought when booking. The hotel shuttle mostly made up for it, but the location itself was the only negative.

The price was expensive for what we got. The family room with sofa bed was misleading. The sofa bed is an actual 2 seater couch, very small. The café downstairs was not that good.

It was very clean also was in a nice location being pretty close to where tourists attractions would be. 711 was also was right outside, that alone makes the location a 10.

I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this place. Honest and great group of staff. From the receptionist to the great folks who kept the place clean.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing staff. Delicious breakfast. Great vibes during dinner time on the roof top. Yummy drinks! If I could stay forever I really would. John is amazing. They know how to make things feel like home. I will be back because I felt so much love while I was there <3

It's a good hotel

First they offer a room with balcony, but they don't tell you cannot use the balcony, it's locked. That's the a FALSE ADVERTISING.So I asked to unlock the balcony door, I don't want to stay in a room without any windows. I'm not used to live inside a closed box like a lab rat.And in the end they charged me 5.000 because I smoked on the balcony. Yes, on the balcony with the door closed! There was no smell at all inside the room. I've worked on a big 5 stars hotel, and I know these fees are applied when the room is smelling bad after smoking, so you need at least one day with open doors and windows to clear that smell. Well, it was not the case. Even though the balcony door was always closed and there was zero smell in the room they charged me this absurd fee.

The hotel is very nice, well decorated, the rooftop is amazing, and the breakfast and dining area are amazing too. The staff are always helpful, smiling, and nice to you. The place is a little bit far from the main district to hangout, but it's super easy to rent a bike or get a grab in a minute. So it's quite an advantage to sleep in peace far from the nonstop noises from sukhumvit area

Not able to open and access to the balcony

Rooftop bar was amazing.

Bed was a little uncomfortable (was two twins put together).

Not much honestly as Bangkok is a very crowded city

Breakfast was decent and there was a large variety. The view from breakfast was absolutely beautiful. The staff inside of the restaurant was very helpful.

The room I booked stated there would be a City view and a kitchenette; however, that was not the case. When I asked the front desk about this, they informed me the room type that I selected faced a building and they were unable to correct this matter.

The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained and new. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff are all friendly snd helpful.

The location is not easily accessible - They offer free shuttle drop off to the BTS station only between 6 AM to 6 PM but this takes a lot of time to travel to the nearest BTS station (Thong Lo) and to come back you need to arrange your own transportation which cost a lot of money. The hotel’s location is very hard to find and is deep within residential alleys. The location is a long walk away from cafe’s and restaurants. The BTS Station is many stops away from Bustling Areas of Bangkok so travel time to/from is little more than expected. The breakfast options are very limited and not much variety
