EM HOME Sukhumvit Bangkok - near Terminal 21, EM District Malls, BTS and MRT Lines

Very kind staff. Quiet even though located in Sukhumvit area.

It’s a bit of a walk to the Asok station or Terminal 21. It would be really helpful to have a table in the room.

The location is excellent. Close to the main public transport stations, great connections.The room was clean and had everything we needed.Most of all, the host was incredibly helpful and nice. ❤️

This place was surprisingly quiet- being tucked away behind a couple of major hotels and a little away from the major streets. It was very clean and well kept. As others have mentioned there is no daily room service but it was easy to take out the garbage myself and the staff was very responsive to any request I made.During my time in Bangkok I ended up having a big problem with my phone and I needed assistance several times to get a taxi. Since it's a small place there is only one person to staff the lobby, Nana. She was so helpful to me. I felt bad for waking her up so early in the morning (4:30am) on a couple of occasions to get a taxi but she was always so extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated that so much. It could be important for some travelers to know that this appears to be a home that has been converted to a hotel. The gate to the property is unlocked and the door to the upstairs rooms was unlocked. The door to my room was not very strong or heavy and had an old fashioned lock. As a single female traveler I NEVER felt unsafe. But I could see how other single female travelers could feel a little uneasy.

First time to Bangkok and I could not have choosen a better place for base camp!! It is located right in the mix of downtown, but far enough away from the main street that it is very peaceful at night. The host, Nana, is such a nice person, and makes you feel very at home immediately. I will stay here again when traveling back through Bangkok. Excellent stay!! I had a King Room with Balcony, and it was gigantic. So comfortable.

The host As very welcoming and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The Smart TV even comes with a Premium YouTube account, the toilet had a water spray(flexible), we loved it! Taxis never had a bad time getting us from or to the hotel

a quite area , room are clean and basic ,the bed is comfy. staff NaNa is very attentive & helpfulli forgot to take my ear piece after check out, 15 min later they text me n even email me such an act, really appreciate of the staff team truthfullness

The room was clean and spacious, in a very good location, near the MRT and BTS station. There is a big yard also where the guests can park their cars. Nana was assisting us trough our stay, she was so nice and helpful all the time, always smiling and in a good mood. We will definitely return again

It's close to the main streets yet very quiet neighbourhood. The location is great. The staff is very helpful and responsive. All good

The wifi sometimes causes issues, but it is a temporary thing that should be already improved

Nana is a great host! She is super kind and helped in everything.Room was clean and spacious and it is equipped with all the basic stuff.Everything was working and air condition was brand new.For few days I needed a working space to work and Nana provided me an empty office just for me for free.Her brother was always cleaning the outside.Location is great as it is calm, just 5 minutes walk from the main street and the metro.

Perfect location. Fast and easy check in (even at late evening). Friendly staff. Clean and cosy. Spacious modern, clean bathroom (not listed at the pictures, unfortunately). Parking right next to the room, which is super convenient and safe. Little shared kitchen with oven, microwave.

Only few things I would improve Family room for 4 guests has only 1 clothes hanger and no shelves to put things, for us it was not a problem as we only stayed 1 night and left our things at the car. -If the kitchen has some cooking equipment, we would definitely choose it for several nights stay.

It was near the loud part of town but super quiet. Nana was the hostess and she was super nice and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We like this Home and facilities. We love the staff lady who are always smiling face and give whatever we ask and helped us more. Our second daughter broke plates and w told her. Sha asked her boss and said " No problem " We stayed like our home.

The only thing is We have to walk from this Home to main road just few minutes but it's ok. If We have car no problem... Except this everything is perfect...

Everything was perfect, great room, fantastic location right in the middle of the city and the staff were some of the friendliest people I have ever met cannot wait to use this place again thank you ?

Location is good. In the center of the city. Only a few minutes to the busy streets. Quiet at night and I have a good sleep . And also the host,Nana is very nice and sweet. I will definitely be back in the future.

Location was perfect -5 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. 14 min walk to Terminal 21 Asok. Nana was one of the nicest people I’ve met. Friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel and room was clean, well supplied and cool! She went the extra length to assist with several phone calls to a local driver.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but a smaller TV mounted on the wall would have allowed more table space in the room. We didn’t watch TV at all. We all had smart phones. The free Wi-FI was much more valuable than the large TV. ?

Really nice staff, good location, clean spacious room and the bed was really comfy. Returning for one night before flight home.

Taxis struggle to find however got picked up at the top of the street.

A tidy and quiet place, even though it is near lively streets and roughly between the city's two airports. Note that Google Maps may mix it up with EM Hotel.

Superb location, very friendly and helpful staff, general cleanliness good.

First night we had an mosquito invasion, had to walk to 7-eleven at 5.50 in the morning after a night unslept to get some repellent. The next day we were met with ant infestation, which the staff took care of us though. Rooms lack a bit of sound-proofing, we get to listen to our party neighbor vomit his guts out after what I assume was a long bar night. That was just us being unlucky I guess and does not necessary reflect on the hotel.
