Hotel very nice

Nothing to do around hotel. Very low commercial. 20 min from each mall no usb. In room no smart tv. No sun on pool.

The staff was really helpfull and welcoming. They offered us an early checkin which was a day saver. Lots of options for sightseing in the hotel as well

This attractive hotel is on a quiet side street, but close to 7-11 and tuk-tuk drivers. Room was very clean and spacious, and included a fridge. There was a spacious closet with a safe. Nice balcony with pool view, contained 2 sturdy chairs and table. The staff was quite professional, but not especially warm or friendly. The entry/lobby was spacious, elegant, and bright, with a piano player and singer some evenings. Tried the pizza in the restaurant one evening, it was good, but the crust was pre-made, not fresh. Service was efficient. The pastry case had some delicious cakes, we tried 2 kinds.

The walls were too thin, we could hear everything next door, plus the kids running in the halls. The beds were too firm, but typical of southeast Asian hotel beds. Breakfast cost an extra 399 Baht, but the food was only mediocre, mostly Asian dishes. The pool was too cold and the hot tub was only lukewarm, not hot. The tour desk's packages seemed rather over-priced, and the tuk-tuk driver parked by the front door wanted almost 2X what the Grab quote was to take us on a 15 minute journey.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. They were able to book taxi's when we needed one at a competitive price. Hotel is nice. Pool was great. Room was very spacious.

The beds were a bit hard.

Rooms are spacious with a veranda to enjoy the view at night.

Lavatory drainage was very slow to drain, bidet and water heater leaks.

A wonderful hotel! Excellent staff, great location, clean and affordable.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, the people at the entrance were very pushy in selling us tours even when we didn't want. And the worst thing was the smell in the corridor out side the rooms - was really bad

The property is clean and spacious and located just the right distance away from the city centre shielding it from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staffs are very helpful and full of smile. The breakfast is good with sufficient variety.

The location is good. Staff are friendly and supportive. The room service was also good; dinners ordered to the room were also served nicely and were delicious. The room was perfectly cleaned every day. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay.

The room looked a bit worn down, especially the wardrobe section, which had flickering lights and hard-to-close doors. Also, I would appreciate it even more if an iron and an ironing board were available in the room.

the hotel is old and you can see renovation was basic in some things. at night the area is not amazing and less to do walking distance wise.

Close to UN - convenient for me as I came for an event there. Swimming pool - nice to have. Breakfast is not bad but can be more varied. Have stayed in the hotel several times. Know what to expect.

Hotel itself is old facility except for the front office, reception area. They could renovate all toilet/bathrooms/towels to latest standard. Location is good. Staff are helpful.

Location to the main temples and Chinatown is excellent. Short taxi rides. Short walk to 7/11.
