Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok Hotel

So easy to catch midnight flights.We love DMK and this hotel and Bangkok.

Convenient to the airport. Walk in/walk out. Great location, friendly staff.

The bellhop was extremely helpful, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, we only stayed for a few hours, but it was great. Would stay again.

LOVED the breakfast- they had so so so many great dishes from all different countries. The pool was nice to cool down. And the easy access to the airport.

Location was excellent as it is very close to the airport - can easily access the airport using the skywalk. Breakfast was also very good - lots to choose from.

Rooms were very tired. Needs some major updating.

This is by far the easiest hotel to stay in if you have a long layover at DMK airport in Bangkok. There is a covered and air conditioned bridge that goes from DMK arrivals to the hotel. This is ultra convenient and the rooms are well above the standard Bangkok hotel.

This was my second stay at Amari Don Muang. I really like that the hotel has a direct connection to the departure hall of Terminal 1, it’s incredibly convenient. Convenient enough that I checked out at 10:00 for an 11:50 flight and still had plenty of time before boarding (just make sure you check in online).The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast selection was great. It’s absolutely worth it not having to rush in the morning before a flight, and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very convenient, close to airport and staffs were very friendly especially the cleaning lady who dropped off some treats from the hotel.

The property is outdated and it could use some upgrades and in the middle of the night we had the power outage but the maintenance were quick to respond.

Very convenient to the airport and very comfortable

This was a minor inconvenience but there were not plugs on both sides of the bed for our phones. Otherwise a great stay.

I thought that the staff were very friendly and professionalI loved the breakfast buffet. A wonderful selection of options to choose from I hope it stays like this.The room was also very comfortable too. ThankyouThe internet was also fast. A huge plus!!!!

The hotel appears to be very old, and this is clearly reflected in both the building and the rooms. The furniture is outdated, the décor feels worn, and the overall condition of the room does not match modern hotel standards.The room itself looks aged and in need of renovation.While the location may be convenient, the hotel would greatly benefit from a complete refurbishment to improve the guest experience.

Proximity to the airport is very convenient. Upgraded room to a suite was a nice surprise. Staff were accommodating and very friendly.

We arrived at 16.00hrs and the 3 rooms were still not ready, the double bed room was upgraded to a suite so we could all wait there until the other rooms were made ready. They originally said it would be about 15 mins which was actually over an hour later. The main restaurant had very little staff so service was slow.

5 star hotel , no hot water morning born evening. Lukewarm onlyA tile barrier ridge to trip over on bathroom entrance 4 inches wide 1 inch in height with sharp edges. Cut instep, stubbed toes.Terrible value for 3100 baht, breakfast separate for 900 baht.Old hotel looks and feels dated.

Proximity to the airport and the walkway made it very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport. Room size was good and the furnishings were good.

This is a very old hotel that needs refreshing badly. The carpet, furniture and walls have various stains that have occurred over the years, the shower is very small for westerners.

Very handy location for an early morning flight.

We ate at the restaurant, I ordered the Australian beef burger, it came very undercooked, I sent it back, the second one came back just as undercooked but greyish, that ended my meal, they didn’t charge me, which was appropriate.I found the gym very basic tucked into the hallway, as if they didn’t know where else to put it. Also the pool area looks abandoned, uncared for, lots of cracks, you had to ring a bell and wait 15 minutes for any service at the bar.

Nice clean hotel close to Don Muang airport there is a walk way from the airport to the hotel pick up the signs on level 2 in the airport

The connection to the airport is the main point of interest when booking this hotel.

The WiFi is my room was VERY bad (5096): just working around the desk, no network around the bed.It is the worst WiFi I have experienced in a hotel for years.I stayed before in that hotel and did not recall this issue, but it was in this superior room.This spoiled my impression of the hotel.

Closeness to airport and train station. Dining was good. Our flight arrived early morning so we were able to access room.

It would be nice if staff didn't make visual judgments about clientele. After a 17-hour flight, not many people look fresh and jovial. Greet everyone the same. Keep your individual visual assessments off your facial expression.
