My first stay here I had a large room with a balcony, so when I booked I was hoping for something like that, instead I got a small room with blue walls and no sunlight, and it was a little rough around the edges. It was the same the first time but the room size and balcony made the stay enjoyable.

It was noisier this time, room smaller, the lighting was inadequate for lack of sunlight and dark blue walls, and nothing like the first time I stayed here. If you decide to stay here ask for a room with a balcony, otherwise, I would suggest you pass.

Excellent location. Good size room, comfortable bed & good working AC. Bathroom was great with large shower and dual showerheads. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful.

Pretty much lover everything. Hotel is very close to the main vain in Sukhumvit so it is quite busy area.

The staff was courteous accommodating, pleasant and friendly everything was just perfect. This is my permanent site to stay while in Bangkok I could not recommend a better place to stay.

I found it a bit pricey for the low season. The place is slowly aging.

Very good location near a skytrain and metro line and just around the corner from the main street of Sukhumvit. Despite the central location it is very quiet. The rooms are not new but rather comfortable. The pool is small but not crowded and towels were provided. Very friendly staff. The price is at the low end for this location.

We stayed here several times and there is a noticeable difference in the quality of rooms concerning view and smell. If you are not satisfied you can try asking to have another room which we did.

The room is clean and spacious. Staffs were helpful and kind.

The room I got smelled like smoke, kinda strong smell. They tried to help me out to remove the smell but didn’t work. They offered to change my room the next day but I declined since I don’t want to move my stuff anymore and I was going out. After 3 nights the smell was still strong and I had sore throat, not their fault though after I refuse to change room. For those who are sensitive with smoke smell like me, just make sure the room doesn’t stink like that.

Generally quiet. This time the room was on the 6th floor away from the small street.

Location. Quality of the breakfast next door. The kindness and professionalism of the staff. The security man at the front door is a good man.

1.Balcony with a decent view, there are some run down sites but the horizon makes up for it.2. Pool is not deep but it is long 3. SMOKING only allowed in the suites on the balcony!4. Around the corner is the Main Street which was nice5. 7/11 around the street 6. Night view was pretty great

1. I was in room 902 and it is NEXT to the tennis court. It’s level with it and people can see you in the balcony. FLOOR 8 has to be like that too. It’s not private at all but nice to use! 2. The furniture is kind of is run down but being able to smoke on the balcony freely made up for that. 3. Breakfast is 350 baht

The older doorperson was extremely friendly and all other staff friendly. The breakfast was very good, many choices.

Location. Room was spacious and bathroom was new-renovated. Staff is helpful.

I booked a room with balcony. It has a very big balcony but balcony was very dirty. Despite from this room looks a bit old dated. There are very big area but there isn’t enough furniture. I think all rooms need renovation like bathroom.
