Affordable. Few.minutes to Asiatique. Staffs are nice.

whatever is mention in the website is not available in the hotel. no water heater, no sleeper, no microwave, dining table only one chair, the place its like good enough to sleep only, when you are a group or a family its not comfortable as there is only one couch, and beds inside the room and very far from airport. Breakfast everyday is the same and with limited portion provided not buffet. we are family of three adults since we paid already in full upon booking, its fine but for next time no.

I like the size of my room in the shower pressure and toilet we’re good. Having a refrigerator and free water every day is also great. Location is far from tourist areas. More of a residential neighborhood lots of restaurants and local shops nearby.

My room at a strong smoke smell, but Staff help with that bed was kinda hard but OK some of the staff were not very friendly like the older women. The young man at the front desk and the guy who worked at breakfast we’re very nice and helpful.

Toilet and shower were functional, room wasn't too hot, beds and sheets were comfy. We had a good sleep here.

WiFi slightly unstable and the worst breakfast you can imagine. Don't make the mistake of paying extra for the breakfast!

The worse stay ever

They lie about the property. They DO NOT have gym, meeting room, elevator works awful if you get it, WiFi ver bad, rooms doesn’t look like in the pictures and some personal are VERY rude. Once I was there already, before getting to the room and having realize that they lie, they wouldn’t let me speak with the manager and send me to booking, who didn’t help either.

Booking.com mentioned that the room included a microwave, bathroom slippers, a dining table, etc., but the hotel did not provide these amenities. When we raised the issue, the staff behaved rudely.

The price was about it. The room was big and spacious.

Difficult to get around as far away from everything. They don't have English TV channels. The microwave is a communal one. Had to ask for a hairdryer. No tea or coffee but they have a kettle. No cutlery. The night staff don't understand much English and weren't able to help when we had questions.

The rooms were big and clean.Location is good for people planning to go to Temples, Dinner cruise, and Baiyoke area.

Service has a scope for improvement in reception, car park , breakfast, and communication .No dislike, but improvement opportunities.

Everything was perfect, except for the toilet flush was hard. But the staff was too genuine and friendly, so they fixed it. We didn't mind it much as we thought.

The hotel offers great value for money—clean rooms, good amenities, and a convenient location. However, as a female solo traveler, I didn’t feel entirely safe during my stay. Certain areas around the hotel felt poorly lit and a bit isolated at night, and I would’ve appreciated more visible security or staff presence. It’s a good budget option, but I’d recommend it more for groups or those traveling with someone.
