I loved the location. Walking distance to Central World.

The price of a twin room in Booking.com is about ₱30,000 for 5 nights. Price of a king bed room is ₱58,000. The rooms are exactly the same size except the king bed room I booked had breakfast for 1 person. The price of a twin room with breakfast in Agoda is ₱31,000. ☹️

Property was AMAZING! I absolutely loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped out of our taxi. Breakfast was delicious and options changed each day. Location was perfect for shopping lovers! Could walk to a lot of different shopping areas and only a short tuk tuk away from other attractions. Will miss this place and will book again my next trip in Bangkok.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and the location is superb.

It is central and near Pratanaum Market. Breakfast buffet spread is decent.

Location and big rooms

Breakfast can ve better

The place is nice but the breakfast hopefully can be improved. Shower head was not in going condition.Staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel location is very convenient, within walking distance to Big C, Erawan Shrine, CentralWorld shopping mall, and many other malls. Thank you for the special arrangement for the anniversary cake in the room. Appreciated!!We love the hotel foot massage as well and will be back again. Thank you!

The hotel was centrally located and across great shopping spots in Pratunam area.

There was no lobby in the groundfloor and hotel pick up was challenging due to cars not able to enter tbe driveway at certain times in the night.

Excellent location, close to many shopping malls and within walking distance to the BTS and MRT. We loved the view from our room. The staff were outstanding. Thank you to Michael and his team. Yui at reception, Toey at restaurant and Witt , King and the the bell boys , and our cleaning lady, Por for excellent and friendly service. We enjoyed the breakfast and we used the swimming pool almost every day. Was our third time to the hotel and we will be back.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast tends to be repetitive.

Located at heart of pratunam, downstairs have starbucks and macdonalds and crepe pancake.Bed is very nice and room quite big.Pool and gym looks good from the room view.Must try the hotel massage, happy hour from 1 to 8pm.Downs are lobby at level 7 then change lift to go to the rooms. Staffs at counter not really friendly but staffs handling luggage and at level 1 are nice and smiley. Lastly, tv channels are aplenty however, only a handful speak in eng.

Located right in the middle of the shopping/food amenities & walking distance to other shopping malls & train stations. Rooms were very clean & bright with ready supply of drinking bottled waters.

Reception/check-on is on the 7th floor but this is just a little setback & manageable.

The location was very good for us as the platinum mall was across the street. Starbucks was just downstairs which made it so convenient. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Had a very nice massage there.

The pillows however were not up to our standards very clumpy.

The bed was really comfortable

No usb charge points, room smaller than expected.

Needed somwhere to stay before fying home, hotel was agreat location , espically like the swiming pool to be able to relax

Facilities and locations Comfortable and clean

Staff was not that much helpful they even charge 5 year kid meal plus they don’t provide one extra water
