The Front Desk male staff who was in evening shift was very helpful.

I had to pay Baht 200 for a hand towel which hasd baby’s food and made it dirty but I told that it can be cleaned and I was still asked to pay

I only booked this hotel, as I had to experience the earthquake in Bangkok and couldn't stay in my original accomodation anymore. The room was in line with the pictures but the location is not really a place to stay in Bangkok. It serves the purpose to be close to the airport.

Well there was no restaurant operating when I arrived at 9pm, so I had to buy some snacks at the 7 Eleven Shop (5min walk from the hotel location).

Huge room with king bed. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and nice AC. Big shower. Nice staff. 7-eleven and pharmacy close to the hotel.

Very far from city center, but very close to the airport which is the reason I booked this hotel.The room was really hot (38°) when I arrived in it and the key activated the AC so I had to stay in the room for it to get cool.

When we arrived they gave us the wrong room, we entered and it was not made They then changed to another room that was so hot, it hadn’t been cooled down before so it took 1hr to feel a bit fresher Not that close to the airport (18 min by car) Breakfast starts at 7. Disappointing for an airport hotel as most guests book there for early flights

The bed was the biggest bed we ever slept on. Super comfy. Everything is new, big, modern, clean. Great for a stay close to the airport. The only minus was the breakfast which was just ala carte and not a lot of options. We understand that it was because the hotel was nearly empty.

The staff is very accommodating. I also enjoyed the room and overall hotel decor. The property has a calming and peaceful atmosphere.

New and bed was huge and so comfortable! Towels were also nice and soft! Staff was very friendly!

Not easy to find, and had to walk a ways for restaurants.

Approx. 5km from the airport, this hotel provided everything we needed before a late-night flight. The hotel is super clean, has enormous rooms with comfy beds and a great pool.

Traffic from Airport to hotel was heavy on a Saturday afternoon due to roadworks.

Definitely not a place to recommend. Rooms are basically not sound proof, with a connecting door to the neighbour room. I tried to open it thinking was a wardrobe and that was embarrassing, since the neighbour tried to do the same immediately after and moved furniture to block the door. Bins in the bathroom was not emptied and drain in the shower clogged. On top of all this the stuff was very unfriendly.

Position and pool

Friendly staff, very spacious room, and reasonably quiet despite being close to airport. It's also very close to a good Thai massage place, a nice floating market (Hua Takhe Old Market), and an exquisite specialty coffee store.

The room is very big, but could have a couple of extra items, like another chair, and places to hang towels.

The hotel looked nice in the pictures, and upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and helped carry our luggage. However, that's where the good words about this hotel end.The room had a strange smell, which I can only describe as the stench of dampness—it reeked throughout the entire room. Our room number was 614.Another issue was the air conditioning unit, which was installed on the balcony ?. When it was running, it roared like a tractor. Standing on the balcony was impossible because of the unbearable heat it emitted and the noise.To make things worse, the window was right behind the bed. By 7 AM, I already felt like I was in a greenhouse, and by 8 AM, I had to get up because it was impossible to stay in bed. Sleeping was also difficult because the sun was shining directly into the room.Lastly, the breakfast situation was shocking. I went downstairs at 9:45 AM and asked if I could pay for breakfast since I couldn’t select the breakfast option on Booking.com. They told me that breakfast was available until 10 AM but that there was none left… They didn’t offer anything else. I was in shock because, in every other hotel in Thailand, people were always helpful and friendly. Even if breakfast time had passed, they would still insist on serving you something.
