The breakfast buffet is a good deal if you wait until 9 a.m. to eat because after 9 there is a 30% discount.Easy walk to MRT. Easy access to nearby markets and Queen Sirikit Park. To get to Don Mueang Airport requires just 17 Baht for the MRT and an additional 20 Baht for the Dark Red commuter train. Easy and cheap transportation for airport passengers.

It's not the hotel's fault but depending on flight patterns from Don Mueang Airport you might hear the sound of arriving aircraft. Earplugs certainly help.I saw an occasional small bug on my bed. It wasn't a bedbug but something much smaller. I also saw them on the bathroom floor. Perhaps room-wide sanitizing is in order.

Breakfast buffet was fine. If you wait until 9 a.m. you can purchase the buffet at a 30% discount. If you prepay online during your booking you can't get this benefit.Short walk to MRT and nearby markets (not just the weekend market but the huge Bang Sue vintage market)

Something to think about is that depending on the landing patterns from Don Mueang Airport you might hear aircraft on their landing approaches. I use earplugs so it didn't bother me.My room (401) needs attention to the following: the topside air intake of the AC blower unit is covered with grime, dust, and possibly mold. Needs cleaning badly.I occasionally saw a few very tiny bugs on my bed and the bathroom floor around the toilet. They were too tiny to be bedbugs. When I saw them I eliminated them. A thorough cleaning of everything in the room would be in order.

Upon my arrival I got upgraded to Best Western Chatuchak. The room I got was spacious and elegant. Huge and comfortable bed deserves its own praise. I really appreciated eco friendly policy with refillable body wash and shampoo. The staff was more than helpful!

The elevator system between hotels is a bit confusing, but that's nothing that really influences your stay

Good location, very close to JJ market and MRT. The room was nice with a comfy bed. The room service was amazing with good-tasting, authentic Thai food.

The room on the 5th floor is a bit complicated and a long way to walk.

Simple, clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and communicative! Near chatuchak night market.

Disclaimer: We got upgraded to a larger room at Best Western.Our stay was very comfortable! The room was clean and quiet. This is a great location- near the MRT station, the central train station, Chatuchak Market, and lots of food options.

The location is very good, close to the MRT subway and JJ market. The rooms are very small, but the beds are big and comfortable. It is a very convenient and low cost option when we are in Bangkok.

Room size is very small, no place work desk area, or place to eat except on the bed. Still no big problem for us.

The room is small but I like how the bed is arranged. The location is closed to MRT Kampangpetch. At first it was hard to find. Take exit 1 and walk on your right at the main road and soon you will see Best Western. Take the escalator to 4th floor, walk past the restaurant and you will see the lobby.Across the road, exit 3 of MRT Kampangpetch, there is a nice food market. A little pricy but there are many varieties of food.Staff are nice.

In the bathroom it took a while to adjust the water temperature to be right. The shower head can be better.

Not. Much. Had to go main reception on a different floor before being directed to different elevator to get to Simplestay reception.

The room was a shoebox. There was little to no room to put luggage. All in all. Not a pleasant stay after a long flight.

Excellent room, clean,comfortable bed,good bathroom. Staff were lovely. Very compact room but wasn't an issue for us. Very convenient to Bang su train station,basically next door but about 10 min walk to the platform.

Great location not far from the bus station. They have a 24 hour reception. Our room was on the small side but had everything we need, modern, clean, comfy bed, good AC, quiet.
