Really enjoyed our stay at Nysa Hotel Bangkok. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, which made the stay even better. The Sukhumvit 11 location is perfect — close to restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. Overall, great value and a place I’d happily stay at again.

The only downside was the pricing at the in-house bar. Drink prices were not competitive compared to the surrounding area. Bars just a short walk away on Sukhumvit 11 offered much better prices. I would have felt more comfortable spending time at the hotel bar if the pricing was more in line with nearby options.

The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. We appreciated the bathrobes, slippers, and the tea/coffee station. Breakfast in the hotel's beautiful restaurant was excellent. The location is great and safe, within walking distance of a mall and many restaurants, including rooftop spots. We were also very happy that they allowed us to check in early.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. Also, there was a slight issue during check-in: the name on the Booking app must exactly match the passport. I had to update my profile on the spot to fix this.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, near a busy area with restaurants, bars and stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with excellent service and multiple options (local, western). We used the gym which was very well equipped and had plenty of room. The hotel accommodated our early arrival after a very long flight and gave us the room a couple of hours early which was a big bonus. Didn't use the pool but looked great.

Its a 10/10 fro. The excellent staff to the immaxulate building and rooms, located in my opinion the best part of sukhumit, soi 11 just a ten minute walk to terminal 21 and allot of the beat bars and clubs, while managing to be very quite and secluded. I had a emergency and needed immediate medical attention, and knew the ambulance would take awhile, so they loaded up the hotel van, i couldnt stand up and loss the use of my legs, the staff literally carried me to restroom where my gf helped me urinate, and then carried i to vehicle and into the hospital where i was treated in the ICU. Nysa staff go above and beyond and that alao reflects, in how the hotel is ran, clean beautiful with moee then everything you need.and the rooms are on another level of comfort, best sleep i had in years.

The hotel is very clean, but it is a five-star hotel only by standard.

The staff is not necessarily kind or well-trained, from reception to food and beverage. Their communication and actions are not perfect overall, but they are okay in general. The swimming pool is quite small, but it is okay as well.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was sooooo good, and the room was very clean and beautiful. This is a new hotel, and it still feels very new!! The location is the best, as it is so close to the action but on a quiet street! LOVED IT!!

There aren't many things I didn't like about this hotel. They were very good when we needed to check out late—they held our luggage and were super friendly the whole time.

The A/C was good

Walls paper thin, could hear everything neighbours said and did.View from window was horrible (electric cables).

We enjoyed staying at Nysa for its convenient location, and great interior. The lobby/hotel has some really nice vibes, and it was a pity we could not stay longer.

The rooftop was under construction and we were not informed beforehand or at check-in. We found out after we could not access then floor.

Location

While checking in, they told that king bed room not available as we were traveling with my son - we needed a bigger bed and in booking app - it showed king size bed available . After many requests they gave me king bed room. However sad part is - I could hear people talking in the room next to ours. How unprofessional is the design. Luckily they were just talking loud .. must be very civilized people I guess?

Surprisingly, the hotel was very quiet, even though it is located in a rather noisy area.

There was a fire alarm in the room that kept flashing directly into our eyes at night and made it difficult to sleep. The bed linen was dirty upon check-in and was never changed during the three nights of our stay. Housekeeping was poor: clumps of dust were left behind, and the trash in the bathroom bin was not taken out.The breakfasts were completely tasteless.

The fact I could not open the window for fresh air. But it depends on each person, if you don’t mind.

I was put into a room with 1 bed, when i book for 2 twin beds, so they had provided an extra bed, and it was tight.When we got transferred to the 2 twin beds on the 2nd day, it was much wider.

The hotel doesn't have the details of my booking that's why I was placed in a room with a single bed despite booking a 2 twin bed room.Then when we got transferred, there were pieces of tiny glass shards that punctured my friend, as an apology, a basket of fruits were provided.

Nice hotel nice and comfortable good rooms very quiet suites with the bath tubs with a double jacuzzi where you can open the window and take everything in while you relaxing

The Nysa Hotel Bangkok is located in the popular Sukhumvit 11 area, which is always lively, crowded, and full of people, cars, and traffic. For those who enjoy vibrant city life, this can be a great spot.The staff were polite and fine — nothing particularly impressive, but nothing negative either. The room was nice and comfortable, just as expected.

However, I was little disappointed with the breakfast service. The staff were clearly doing their best, but they definitely need more support. There was a lack of both space and staff to handle the busy morning rush. For a hotel in this area, where guests often stay out late, it’s understandable that breakfast gets crowded after 9 or 10 a.m. But by that time, it’s hard to find a table for four, and many of the main breakfast items are empty or take a long time to be refilled. I even waited about 30 minutes for some cheese to be replaced.If you want to enjoy breakfast comfortably, it’s best to go early — around 7 a.m.
