Grande Centre Point Surawong Bangkok

The attention to details. How modern and clean it is.

The bed is single and not a double, but that might also be difference between Canadian sizing vs Thai sizing

Awesome room (executive) with a view. Nice size and very comfortable. Huge bathroom. The room has been decorated beautifully. The staff across the board are amazing.

Nothing - wonderful stay.

The breakfast was amazing! So many choices. We loved the roof top pool. Our room was nice and big came with complimentary snacks and drinks (water, coke, sprite etc)

Elevators were slow.

The property was absolutely luxurious and the gym was very good. It was a really nice touch having complimentary water and snacks in the room for guests.

It was pricey for three nights but definitely luxurious.

It was clean, smelled amazing, the staff was amazing & warm/welcoming.

This is our second time staying here this year. The first time was for my husband's birthday and the second time was to celebrate my daughter's finishing high school. The hotel's ambiance and location were wonderful.

I'd like to bring up again for the coffee at the buffet breakfast that needs improvement. Many Western guests expect good coffee but the quality of the coffee was much lower than expected. The pillows were too high and uncomfortable which affected our sleep during the stay

The location, hygiene, practicality, excellent service and very nice breakfast! The view is something else! The pool, gaming room is super nice! Very professional and pro active staff.

Very clean. Great breakfast, nice options to choose from. Good location.

Having to get two rooms and a sofa bed in order to accommodate our group.

Professional and friendly staff, excellent modern rooms with top of the line bidets.

The hotel staff were really nice, rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was on point. Pool, gym, and other facilities were on par with expectations. I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Nothing in particular.

Great hotel and room, with a lot of nice amenities and welcoming staff. Awesome location that is close to everything but not right in the middle of anything to loud or busy.

Fantastic hotel. We only stayed 1 night as a stopover, rooms were spotless, very comfortable bed & pillows with an amazing view.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, amazing service from the staff. Shower, tub, toilet all beyond expectations. As well the beds. Best sleep Ive had on my entire trip. Breakfast was delicious. Beyond variety.

Love it! Clean and new room & great location. Very lovely rooftop pool & bar. Also, the staff, gym and breakfast were very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. :)

Great hotel! Good location, great staff, amazing pool and playroom even though not huge. Tokens you get to spend from hotel staff is amazing touch! Breakfast can get crowded but there is plenty of options.

The hotel has high standing. We took the executive family suite which is one huge room with a king bed and another room with two single beds with a sofa bed.

I did not understand why we needed to pay for an extra blanket and a pillow for my child to sleep on the sofa bed… i argued about it, i found it not acceptable.

Room was perfect, clean, big, comfortable, we enjoyed it very much!

Dinner at Hua restaurant wasn't very good, though staff was very kind.

The hotel is very well and center located with good value, exceptionally clean and the staff is just incredible! I would highly recommend and hope to be staying there again.

I like the free shuttle and very spacious room. Very comfortable bed.

I think I got sick because of the matcha latte that they serve at breakfast.

Location is great, lots of things to do around, great rooftop pool and gym.
