- Super clean. No getting sick here. The location is great near Icon Siam. Not a far cab ride from everything, 20 to 30 minutes depending on where you're headed. It seems like a brand new hotel, that is how clean it is and how clean it smells. Laundry on site. Back building and front building and at least a small window in each room depending on the building you're in. The price was great, this is a great value hotel. Free water each day and 1 roll of toilet paper at a time/per day. Cleaning each day as well. Refrigerator in room. Be prepared for 500 deposit.

- Me and my partner stayed for 5 nights and it was great. Room is comfy and spacious, cleaned every day. It’s right next to the BTS train so you can get that to most attractions, avoid the bus it’s really unreliable. Some good cheap local restaurants 2 mins away as well as a 7/11.

- There was some noise from the street/car park outside at night. It wasn’t too loud but if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs are useful.
- - The bedsheets and the room generally had a weird smell and was quite off-putting. I had to purchase a room spray from the nearby 7-Eleven to eliminate the smell. (But it came back again after coming back from work)- There were ants around the mini refrigerator and table. The hotel management might need to take a look into this. - The windows in the hotel were quite small and might make some guests feel claustrophobic and trapped. - The rooms do not have good soundproofing and it can get noisy when other guests are walking along the corridors.

There are also 2 7-Eleven stores located within 5 minutes walking from the hotel too!- The staffs were very friendly and provided clear information during the check-in process.- The showers come with a heater and were comfortable. - Housekeeping always does a great job in cleaning the room.
