The staff. Moon is an amazing human. Her staff is so friendly and accommodating. I will say it’s not the fanciest but its really good location is unreal. It’s well maintained and looks very professional. This experience was the best place I’ve stayed

This is the 3rd time we have stayed with At Residence before a flight out of BKK. Highly recommended for travelers needing quick access to or from the airport.

Near airport. Not best neighborhood but can walk to mall and some restaurants.

Location was so-so. A bit dark and dingy. No pots/pans in room (did not need any, one night stay but for extended stay an issue).

There were two or three mosquitoes in the room.

Location is good for being near the airport and the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a nice Cafe connected to hotel where food and prices are reasonable and relaxing. Small store by entrance if you need something for yourself, beer, snacks, toiletries etc.

me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 28 days. the staff are lovely and are always greeting us. for the first week of our stay we stayed in the room we paid for on booking.com. But then reception offered us a better room as we were staying for a long time. It was the last thing i expected but we were very grateful, especially since it was free. It had a softer bed, bigger shower/bathroom, a microwave and kitchen shelves, just generally more homely, like a little apartment. its a great location, close to airport and a lot of local markets and malls. only issue is far from city, but that's nothing that bad, its usually only 200-300 baht to get into the city through grab. and somewhat close train station that takes u to the city. There are some stray dogs and a cat, but not aggressive and some are quite friendly. we befriended the cat and even fed it every time we saw her. This hotel was a lovely experience and i would definitely visit it again. Great service, nice restaurant, nice area.

Noisy environment and you could hear these frogs croaking around in the evening, quite disturbing.

We had a long layover at BKK arriving in the morning and departing late in the evening and the hotel was able to accomodate our early check in, which was super helpful and gave us a chance to relax and re-charge during a couple long days of travel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming. We also grabbed a quick breakfast at the on-site cafe wich was great, and although it was just a quick stop-over spot for us, I would highly recommend you check them out.

Staff super friendly and accommodating. The Villas are cute and kept immaculately clean. Beds are comfy. The restaurant has a wide menu of many delicious and healthy meals. The neighborhood is safe with shopping nearby.

The Villas while nice and clean have very little extra space since the beds take up the whole room.. I was alone but 2-3 people would be tight for moving around. Note there is traffic noise and airport noise, but I think the pretty birds singing at sunrise and sunset compensate. Exercise room equipment, especially weights, could use an upgrade.

This was my second time staying at this hotel for a one-night stay while transiting through Bangkok. The hotel shuttle to/from BKK is very convenient and a good price. The hotel is very kind and communicative with instructions on how to find the shuttle. (They even send pictures of what it looks like - I appreciated that!) the room was great and breakfast (separate fee) was good. They had a few set options to choose from. This will continue to be my hotel when I have a quick turnaround in Bangkok. (I did not explore around, so I am not familiar with what is in the area.)

No smoking, even on the balcony, Lots of rules at the pool, not even allowed to have a drink by the poolside.Close to the airport, but far from the vibrancy of Bangkok!

Beds are a bit firm but other than that there’s not much not to like.
