First it turned out to be a hostel not a hotel. I specifically asked for a hotel. It was a dive and was a half hour from the airport by taxi. I requested a hotel in walking distance!

Everything is clean! The wooden floor feels cozy and warm and the aircon is quiet and cold. It has a bar just in front (in the garden area) which can get loud at night (until 12mn). Not an issue for us since we slept later than 12mn.

Water pressure in the shower area is low.

The location, near to Benjakitti Park. The on-site restaurant has good Thai food and drinks. Electronic access is a good security feature.

The bathroom: shower and sink had low water pressure and heater did not work. The angular and uneven floor could be a hazard for small kids.

Stayed here twice in a private room with my friend. The staff is nice. Cozy, comfortable common area. Good wifi, can also work. 15 mins walk from BTS, 2 minutes away from 7-eleven.Will definitely stay here again.

They let me in at 3am.

The room was very small and the shared washing facilities were not brilliant.

They gave us a room in a different building not the main house - the one that was listed in the photos. That other building doesn’t have a nice same cafe/seating area like the main building. The room is very tiny. The staff is not so friendly either.

First time in an accommodation with a shared bathroom; so I didn’t know what to expect. The toilet rooms are very small and as are the shower rooms, but honestly, it was better than I expected. Clean

Awesome awesome staff. Amazing food on site. I recommend the mango lassi, green smoothie, and sausage breakfast platter. Beds are comfortable. In a pretty central location. Not really close to anything, but not far from anything either. Had the best vibe of any Hostel I've ever stayed at in Bangkok. Clean. I stayed in the dorm two nights and in a private room two nights.

No much to dislike. The dorms are a little crammed but that's dorms sometimes. At least they're clean and they smell good. A lot of mosquitoes around. Not many cheap food options nearby.

The hostel is nice, the room was small with a bit weird smell, but with the AC on it was not disturbing. The bathroom and shower were clean, and the kitchen we did not use at all. The cereal bowl with fresh fruit for breakfast was amazing, for us it was the highlight of our stay =))) The house is big, with 3 floors, and it requires more attention and small repairing, but otherwise I can say everything worked.

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were high quality

Worst experience. Roaches and stray cats everywhere. The facilities are run down and filthy. I booked the female dorm, which is separate from the main building with no amenities. The staff will chew you out if the ac is left on during the day and is only kept on low at night. I woke up sweating and covered in mosquito bites. The bathroom area is what is not shown on the listed pictures as its absolutely horrendous. I stepped out of the shower and male staff walked right by with no regard that this is a female shower. Will never book again. I felt disgusted and unsafe.

20 minute walk from the bts, in the gutter with food stalls and motorcyclists. mosquitos in garden (spray provided).

The buildings, particularly the ladies bunk room, is very much outdated and smelled horrible. The rooms are very hot as the staff does not let you run them during the day and at night its on the lowest setting. The pictures they dont show you are the ladies bathroom and one restroom because its in deplorable conditions. The wifi is extremely slow. There are cats everywhere and they will jump on you. I was sitting down to eat when one jumped up and started digging into my plate. The only plus is the location isn't far from terminal 21.

The staff were the sweetest and really took care of the guests. Strong coffee in the morning always makes me happy. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of walking in the city. The owner of the place is a beautiful woman with a lovely voice - we even sang together on my first night there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and our hosts.

I didn't like that the other guests were making common spaces dirty. We had a shared bathroom and made sure to clean up after ourselves as much as possible but there were some European men sharing the space who probably thought some other person should clean up after their mess. If you are going to stay here and are a male please know that the world doesn't owe you anything - don't be a spolied little boy who is used to a mother a nanny an aunt a sister or a cleaning lady cleaning up after you. Be an adult and clean up after yourself. Big thank you to the staff for always checking the common spaces and cleaning it daily. I know it is a lot of work for a small business to do this work when you have so many other tasks to do and take care of the guests.

The reception person are very helpful. His name is Mo.. he's very nice and lovely, credit to him and the rest of the crew,the room are spacious.. im with are huge balcony ..

Bed was comfy, and the room was large. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The courtyard area is quite nice, with many places to sit with a fan surrounded by beautiful plants.

Breakfast was a little lackluster. Fruit was on the menu but was not available. Couldn't enjoy the balcony as there were two AC units sitting on it, which made it very loud and very hot.

Great value! Great location. It’s definitely more of a hostel experience. We had a couple of options for breakfast and they were both delicious. I also appreciated that there was coin self-laundry.

The showers take a bit to figure out, but nothing major.

We arrived after midnight but let in were greeted by the staff. Simple, comfortable room. Simple, easy breakfast. Great value.
