Twin Towers Hotel

The bathroom was leaking water from the tub making the whole bathroom floor wet. It doesn’t seem to be a 4-star hotel.

Good location with moderate distance to shopping areas. Hotel has good Resturants inside and not far from street foods adventure. Room rates are reasonable.

My first stay 3 years ago was memorable but as a tourist. However, this second visit I also need to work remotely using a laptop that need good reliable WiFi. I feel that Twin Towers does not support business travelers. No Ethernet connection in room.

spacious and cleanlocatinon is good. Close to shopping centers, food centers.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the guy at the desk named Ham. The price was very reasonable. Lobby is huge with a big Christmas tree. The gym is nice, could be a little better but that's fine. I loved the place overall.

Honestly I can't name one thing.

It’s very impressive. Location makes it a challenge to get to Central and a few other places we like to go when in Bangkok

Beautiful hotel. But they said they couldn’t give a room like requested so we ended up with two twin beds instead of one queen. We are used to sleeping together.

Good Rooms need a little renovations in the WC location its ok u can get a bolt all over

Last day when chekout they came acussing we smoked while we didn't that was uncomfortable

No socket near bed, I can't use my phone due to no socket or extension. compromising facilities and amenities. Lighting Dim light.

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no oven or washing machine available. For longer stays, or for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals or do laundry, these amenities would be incredibly beneficial.I believe adding an oven and a washing machine would significantly enhance the guest experience and make your hotel even more accommodating. On a positive note, I want to specifically commend ‘Pare or pear am not sure her name sorry about that for her outstanding service and kindness. She was truly wonderful and very respectful girl !Thank you for considering my feedback.

It is a beautiful property. Before I came from my reservation I mentioned to the staff that it was our honeymoon and her birthday was two days later. When we arrived and came into the room, there were flowers and petals on the bed, which was very nice and then on Friday it was her birthday and we came back to the hotel and they did the same thing and also with the dessert, it was really nice. The gym and the pool were also exceptional. 

The breakfast was ok but not hot. I thought the prices were a little high. There were some good places to eat in walking distance.

Great location. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Diaspointing

Electronic Key to the room did not work, multiple times. Had to go back to reception again and again. Had to pay a deposit on arrival, which they did not return! 1.000 Baht

Pool and gym were very nice and the hotel entry.rooms very large.

Very nice room, despite old furnitures ;Clean, silent room., excellent thick curtains to keep the sunlight out early in the morning.

HUGE and magnificent lobby gives you the impression of a high luxury hote- Fairly good variety for breakfast and lunch l- Excellent bell boys, always smiling while greeting.- 7/11 available in less than 1 minute walk, - Easily accessible via any type of taxi and well situated - Hotel Tuktuk / shuttle every 30 mins for only 30 bahts per person- Quick abd very effective laundry service provided by the hotel- Very helpful housekeeping staff, kudos to them!!Overall, great improvement noted in service delivery as compared to same leriod last year, keep the good job going!!

- Compared to other hotels I've been to in Bangkok, front office staff are not as welcoming and helpful... Not saying that they dont want to, but they always seem to be under pressure. - No juice available during breakfast or lunch, but that's only a very minor thing to point out
