In the hotel rooms over the restaurant the Wi-Fi stopped every night for 6/8 hours for laptop use. I asked to be moved to a section with working Wi-Fi, at first I was ignored then rebuffed. Also, I was not assisted with my luggage coming or going

I was so impressed with the room, my favourite was the bath, and all the different options for lights and creating a different mood with them. Everything seemed new too, the furniture and all. I wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked.

Nothing, this was one of the most impressive places I stayed in, in Thailand.

We did not eat breakfast there. We usually eat around town during the day and we always eat dinner at the Bourbon St. It's always very good. Their menu is varied and everything on the menu is very good. The rooms are real comfortable and the staff is terrific. The place is easily a 10, that's why we stay there.

Everything is great, that's why we stay there every time in BKK.

The room was nice and well appointed. It was near the BTS station which we appreciated. There are cute coffee shops nearby as well.

If you are checking in after the restaurant is closed, it’s a bit confusing. There’s someone sitting outside the restaurant at a desk you need to talk to, but this was not communicated so we walked around lost for a bit.

Staff was less than welcoming.

Location can’t be beat: Right next to BTS station. I tried the “new” bldg annex for 1st time and was surprisingly satisfied. Big bed, and I love all the switches for lighting!

The new annex bldg is still close enough to street where you can hear traffic. Hence, I always travel with ear plugs.

Everytime we go to BKK, we stay at Bourbon St Boutique Hotel. It is exceptional, in every aspect. The rooms are very comfortable, the bed is always comfy too. The staff is fantastic, they take care of everything. We ate at the restaurant every night, we also ate Thanksgiving buffet dinner on 27 November. It was terrific, that's why we stay there. Great location and the facility and the staff are terrific. We have 3 more trips scheduled there in December and January so we are regulars for staying there at Bourbon St everytime we go to BKK.

The room was very comfortable and very quiet as well. You also have the restaurant and bar downstairs where you can eat any meal you owuld like. They menu is varied and has lots of choices. The staff is incredible as they take care of everything.

The restaurant is attached to the hotel, although they appear to be run separately. The New Orleans style restaurant is a wonderful feature.

Clean, spacious and quiet!

This is just a great small hotel, with a really great restaurant and a bar on the lobby floor. The staff is wonderful, they take care of everything and the place is quiet at night too. Our room was exceptionally clean and the king bed is very comfortable. Its a great place to stay, plus it has a one of the best restaurants and bars in all of Bangkok. All we need to do to get there to eat is ride down the elevator.

When I travel, I carry 2 phones and a laptop, thats what I need to get by on the road. I have service on one phone and the other phone I use the wifi in the room. The same same with the laptop too, I use their wifi. The wifi in our room was a little bit weak, no problem, but I had several interruptions because of the weak connection. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, its a very nice area. But I got rundown by a crazy motorcycle driver on Thursday night 4 Sept about 915PM. He was out of control on soi 63 and he hit me going at least 80 kms per hour on his motorcycle. He knocked me to the ground upon impact and he crashed his motorcycle on the street. Luckily, I was able to get back up and walk back to the hotel. The Police need to post signs about excessive speed and put in some crosswalks and some signals so pedestrians can cross the street safely. I am still extremely sore 3 days later, but nothing appears to be broken. Something needs to be done about the excessive speed with these motorcycle drivers on soi 63. They need to do what has been done on Asoke Drive in Asoke. Put in some crosswalks with signals.

When in BKK I always stay here. It's by Ekkamai BTS make for an excellent location. The staff is always friendly and helpful

Everything with the room was very nice. The room had ample space for putting our things and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and out trip was great.

Location near BTS Ekamai Station and Eastern Bus Terminal very convenient.Ground floor restaurant good quality.

I liked being around eekamia and it was really great.

The TV was not working and they couldn't figure how to get it to work. They switched my room but where they moved me lacked a solid view of the street.

Good location and super clean room.

At night you can hear all loud riders ?
