Location, staff and room size

Its location to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Being able to here other guests thru the walls, the shower not completely clean and the lack of washcloths.

The rooms are nice

The location was awful: we were there on a Friday and you could hear party noise on the street well past 2am. It's an odd area of bars and clubs that are super expensive and full of not great food and beer.

Central location on the street full of bars and restaurants. There is everything.

The hotel staff is really nice and always ready for any question or help.

Spacious as we got upgraded to a deluxe room.

Sounds proof. I could hear next door the TV was on ( it was the irresponsible customer next door that turned on the TV loud at midnight).

I loved the welcome I got from Wilson, he made me us play with darts and gave us free snacks, for Christmas. It was heart-warming

Property was absolutely clean and nice and smooth Bed ? shower with bath ? really cleaned. Room nice and tidy.

Safety and security perfectly fine, all the time Hotel Desk staff/receptionist they’re working for guests and absolutely wonderful people.

Wilson was an awesome doorman. Helped us talk to our Grab driver as well as with our luggage into and out of the hotel.

The location is very central.The staffs are extremely helpful too. The room is clean, beautiful, and quiet. My bed was great. Everything was great and I would come back.

I didn’t like the food location is fantastic for night life but I lost 500 dollars from my safe and I did not have any visitors in my room it was done by the hotel only staff member you can trust jack who is the night security guard, I ask for the video footage they said I have complain to the police I did but the receptionist kept me for 1,30 minutes and never showed me the video when I went for a bite she vanished she had said she will send me a message never sentWhen I checked in she came to my room and told me to check the safe box and to see if it works I did may be she noted my code and it was the same one didn’t show me the video footage I am going to file chargers as I need the full unedited video footage .BECARFULL ABOUT YOUR MONEY

Accommodation wasn't entertained. It was aid rooms are booked. Besides, room wasn't quite good. It was kind of out of order but they somehow managed that for us to stay.

Awesome staff to start. Reception was super cool, efficient, and so pleasant to chat with. Very comfy room.

Can't say I disliked anything.

The hotel boy is very lazy and unhelpful. Especially since the hotel doesn't have a ladder to pull your bags up and the stairs leading to the hotel from the street are high. the bellboy He looks at you and doesn't help. :)))

Water flow is weak and there is no hot water.

I recently revisited La Petite Salil Sukhumvit 11 after a seven-year period and was delighted to find it just as I remembered—impeccably clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff and all the hotel personnel were exceptionally cordial and attentive to every need.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. It has changed from a full buffet to what they call a "semi-buffet." It now feels more like a Mexican à la carte breakfast with a very limited selection of basic additions. I was hoping for more variety, and it would be great if they could reintroduce more options like the English and American breakfasts they used to offer.

The location was fantastic. And the staff, super friendly.

The noise level was super high.
