From the moment you step into the Elizabeth Hotel, you feel welcome and cared for. The reception and banquet staff are attentive, housekeeping is organized and efficient, facilities including the rooftop pool are wonderful. The breakfast buffet is generous and offers a wide variety of options. The rooms are well kept and a good size and the bathroom even includes a bathtub!

No complaints. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to travelers looking for a nice, if somewhat older, hotel with exceptional standards.

Decoration in the room is quite old fashion. Air condition is too cold and cant be adjusted.

Nice hotel in the north side of the city. About 15 minutes walk to the BTS station. The rooms are good sized and there is good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom which has a bathtub. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a great buffet breakfast too.

The personal tried their best to speak English. We were able to leave our bags there before heading to the airport. The location was ok. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, however to the main attractions you need to order a grab or taxi. Pool available on the roof. Breakfast available however not according to European or US standards.

Personal was nice but some of them did not seem to understand English. The breakfast was okay they offered Eggs, Rice, Thai Food and Toast. The room we stayed in was ok; since it was pretty run-down. The bathroom wasn't super clean. There was a bucket under the sink for the leaking water. The toilet flush didn't work properly.

WARNING TO FAMILYS WITH YOUNG KIDS !!!There is a fan without a safety net BELOW the window! The switch is next to it.It's pure luck that I discovered it before our curious 2-year-old did. Ridiculously small (low) toilet seats.

Good location for shops and Chatucak market. Nice pool on roof. Staff respond promptly to any problems. Old school glamour.

No balcony so difficult to dry clothes. Only one English Channel on tv. Limited breakfast buffet but sufficient for the price.

problem is no lift from the hotel entrance, customers are about 30 steps to hotel entrance. Difficulty for elder persons.

Wonderful 50s character about the place ! Stayed here before and location is excellent for Don Muang Int'l airport, Bang Sue Grand Station and Chatuchak (Weekend Market)
