Great choices for breakfast. Close to BTS and river. Many nice restaurants in area. Clean , big room, but rooms look a little worn. Has an attached spa. Staff is wonderful.

The room and it's bathroom were very clean, and the hotel in general was nice. The breakfast was good with a fair price. The location was good as well.

The price was a little high for the size of the room and the fact that it had only one medium size window looking to the doors of other rooms in the same floor, a corridor and some stairs. The swimming pool is maybe for children so it can't be really counted as a plus in my opinion.

The entranceway and lobby were really nice. Beautiful Christmas decorations. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, a variety of dishes set up in a lovely dining area. Location is great. Best part is the staff. Always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely go back.

Let's change there before and the people are very nice. I wanted to change my room even though my first room was extremely lovely I preferred one that was a little less fancy but gave me more room for my suitcases. The fruit and the breakfast was good not over abundant. It's within a walking distance to the Sathong pier to get day pass for hop on Boat.

Some of the food was way too spicy on the breakfast. Very good in premium quality fruit but it was freezing cold in the dining room. The upstairs halls are not remodel like the rooms so that part of it would be 2 star. The air conditioner thermostat had to be replaced because you either froze to death or you had to turn it off. Another couple said that they had the same issue. However it's a devine location.

The hotel is very run down. Originally given a windowless room despite not booking one. They moved me. Would not recommend.

We have stayed here many times because of its location close to the river boats and the public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants in the area.

everything was great. would come again any time. super spacious rooms and bathroom, very very clean. amazing place.

Wonderful older style hotel in a great neighborhood.many terrific food options from an incredible old fashioned authentic neighbor Duck restaurant that we had delicious meals for as little as $6 for two, to modern sit down restaurants with huge varieties on their menus. I always love our stay there! The morning buffet is great too. Staff all extremely attentive and kind.

good location short walk from bts station. good breakfast staff very friendly we got a road facing room but not a issue traffic very light after 10pm. rooms good size comfy firm bed nice shower. worth the price you pay definately. breakfast has selection of fruit cereals toast eggs tea coffee juices and a selection of noodles and bean sprouts. the pool is small but nice for a afternoon dip in the heat sun not on the pool by 4.30 ish.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times now and it is comfortable and in a great location. Lots of food, shops and transport options in the area. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There are not many plugs in the room and not in the best locations for charging phones etc.

Location is good.

We stayed for two nights at Bossotel. The first night was fine. However, on the second night, the door wouldn’t open at all. Our belongings were inside, and we couldn’t take a shower after a long day outside. The hotel called their technician to break the door, and we finally managed to get into our room at midnight. The next day, they didn’t even apologize for the incident that happened the night before. The hotel is quite outdated and really needs renovation.

Staff were very friendly, ideally located.

If I have to say anything the property was a little bit tired.

Very bad communication, angry employees, not in the mood to work in the evening, unwilling to accept.

Great location - really nice quite place where to stay in busy Bangkok. Friendly stuff and also really tasty breakfast everyday.

I put my back out and our taxi driver went into the lobby for a wheelchair to help me into the hotel. The staff didn't bother helping me.There was only one electric charging point in the room.The food in the restaurant was not so good.Strange window overlooking a shaft and other bedrooms so had to keep curtains closed.No soap or hair conditioner.Very dated room and shabby

Large room with comfy big bed and bunk beds. Bath AND shower. Lots of cupboard space. Breakfast - good variety, lovely fresh omelette from the egg station. Helpful staff. Good location - just 6 mins to bts and close to ferry's across the river. Good facilities - small pool, but nice idea to have a cool area if hot. Close by great bakery and restaurants.

Check in delayed an hour. Coffee not great at breakfast.

The location was great. The room was really large and had a lot of space to feel at home in. The view of the monastery outside was spectacular and there were great restaurants along the street.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes.

Hotel location is excellent ? walking distance to both train and water taxis

Hotel was "dated" but very clean ,staff always happy to assist but the only real down side which is maybe more of a me problem was the smokers ..maybe look at making the outside area non smoking ? especially as people sit and try to drink and enjoy their meal

Huge, clean room. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. The massage place attached is heavenly!

Comfortable

Very noisy in room and no window looking outside . Strange a window into the public corridor so I had to keep the curtain closed all the time
