The staff was quite nice. The location was not bad. It was clean.

The room is NOT like the one in the picture. It is really a quite small room. The pool was not clean and you definitely don't want to swim in it

We felt very welcome at this hotel. The room was modern and clean. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

To get to the pool a person needs to go through the dining area.

Room was comfy and the check-in was easy. Location is very good.

There was some construction noice from the building next to the pool. Might have bothered if using the pool, we didnt.

My room was upgraded to a suite room. The AC did not work, but they quickly changed my room. We purchased breakfast at the hotel, not included in my price. Overall, it was only ok. Some items were cold, not warmed properly in the buffet style set up. Very close to shopping and the night market food, music and beer walking distance away.

Rooms were a little small. only one elevator in operation which took time to get to the room.You had to go through the breakfast dining area to get to the pool or gym which is a little awkward when you're half-dressed and wet from the pool.

This tripthe room was not up to standard. AC filter looked like it had never been cleaned. So AC didnt work until that was remedied. The doors on the closet were not on properly so the light flickered all night. (Remedied). The TV is just awful. Then the AC motor was clanking all night. (remedied). All thses issues are part of on going preventative maintenance.

It's clean, towels are fresh and smell good. Bed is also clean. Good location, around 10 min walk to Terminal 21/BTS/MRT . We could leave our bags at the reception after check out.

Breakfast is ok for a 1 night stay but not the same selection what you can see on the pictures, much less. Considering this, the price is quite high, more hotels around offering lower prices with better breakfast . Only 1 chair in a double room but it's not a big issue.

Comfortable bed and good water pressure. Location next to BRT stairway and new SW1 market was solid.

Lack of hand towels and floor towel. TV was low resolution and troublesome to use.

Perfect location - closer to shopping malls, restos, train stations. Breakfast is not impressive - its normal The bed is soo comfortable, spacious room, great staff and very clean

They don’t have any mirror on the room. They should put big mirror. Also breakfast is not good,they put Indian food but it’s not completed.

we were given room on 8th floor, the view was really good and it was quiet. The breakfast was really amazing. The place was so close to terminal 21 mall and all BTS station ASOKE and NANA.

The only problem we faced was in early check in, which was requested prior to time but when we arrived the staff struggled with checking us in. but at the end it all went well.

The hotel is very close to BTS and MRT. Restaurants and massages are closed by. The gym and pool are nice. The breakfast was ok.

The room was a bit small if you have many luggage, which could be difficult to manage the space. The TV in our room didn't work at all. But we didn't need it anyway.
