Vince Hotel Pratunam

Well priced for what we experienced . the room are well maintained and the beds air super comfortable. The only downside is the restaurant at night where the food is all but what you see on the photos Overall, this hotel was exactly as expected.

Nice breakfast but food at restaurant at night is simply not there

Everything was perfect. Room is clean and nice, breakfast is nice and a wide variety of choice. Staff was friendly. Location is not the very near to pratunam market but you can take the shuttle.

It was very organized. Check in and Check out was smooth. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was very satisfying. The location of the hotel was conveniently located between shopping malls and street food.

The hotel room lacked a view. I only saw a wall. The hair dryer did not last more than 15 seconds when turned on high. I had to rest it for about 2 to 3 minutes each time.

The location was good, a little out of the way from the Airport Link and BTS station, but they do offer a free shuttle well into midnight, which takes you to a drop off point 2 minutes walk from the stations. Plus, the same free shuttle will take you close to the main retail areas of Pratunam like Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, and December's.The rooms are spacious compared to chain hotel ones we've stayed in, and well appointed for a week-long stay. Bed is good, HVAC is great, and the bathroom always has hot water on.Breakfast is spread out to accommodate a variety of guests. There is a Thai, Indian, and Muslim-friendly option. They tend not to rotate the international segment of the breakfast daily, however.We've tried their restaurant for lunch and dinner, and its a good option should you want to not try the outside street food on your first day to get acquainted with the local cuisine.

A breakfast egg station would have been a great addition, though I'm not sure if they did have one as we did not ask, but it was not adverstised among the many made-to-order stations.

I like that they have free breakfast, free dinner at 9:00 to 11pm and free shuttle service and 24 hours free popcorn and juice at the lobby❤️

The elevator is always out of service during our stay

Everything was perfect, room was nice. Their free services like free buggy,ice cream were surprisingly exceptional.They also had free Thai traditional dresses for photo sessions which I only came to know on the last day which was always busy. So was not able to try that?

They didn’t give the room even our room was ready because check in time was 3 pm.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. They also offer a good variety of snacks late at night, which I really appreciated—it’s always lively and well stocked.My only major issue was the Wi-Fi. Because I work remotely from Bangkok, a stable internet connection is extremely important to me. Everything was fine until the last night, when the Wi-Fi went down around 10 p.m. This forced me to go out late at night to find a café to continue working, which was quite inconvenient.The location is good, but it’s not extremely close to the nearest BTS/MRT station. Because of the heat and humidity, I usually took a Grab rather than walking, even though the distance isn’t very far. That said, for more athletic travelers or those who don’t mind walking a few minutes in humid weather, this likely won’t be an issue at all.Overall, I think this place offers great value. It’s a solid choice for local travelers or visitors from other cities in Thailand. The breakfast is a nice bonus, though for guests who prefer eating street food most of the time, it may not be a deciding factor. Despite the Wi-Fi issue, I still had a positive experience and appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were.

Breakfast was great and free juice and popcorn in lobby was a lovely touch. The free shuttle service was excellent too.

Bathroom and shower was very small. We could here noise from our neighbours doors slamming and squeaking when opened which woke us up.

The hotel is easy to reach by Public transport. But if you really do not like to walk or get lost easily, there is a small shuttle tuk-tuk free of charge that can pick you up. In the evening there is a free dinner, though it is quite late.

The drop off by the small shuttle tuk-tuk is still a bit far from the train station to the airport. On a hot day with a backpack, that may be a bit disappointing.

Cleanliness could be better

Excellent location the the Skytrain and access to areas for Bangkok.Staff very pleasant and accommodating.Happy Hour was 2 for 1 drinks. Spectacular roof top view(s) with the pool at your feet.

Excellent Breakfast and 9:00 free evening buffet exceptional. Great location to Platinum shopping mall also close to Markets. Loved that you can get lots of English speaking TV channels. Trendy modern decor and clean.

We were there for 3 nights and sheets were not changed. Air conditioning a little cold in rooms

The room was clean and spacious for 3 pax. Great breakfast spread — would be even better if there were more options for halal travellers. Location-wise, it’s slightly off the main area but still within walking distance to the malls and Pratunam Market.

The buggy service is convenient, but the long wait due to the crowd can be a bit of a hassle — we ended up walking out most of the time. Other than that, it’s a great hotel for friends and family.

The halal options were plenty and flavorful for breakfast and they are very accomodating to send us around pratunam area with free hotel tuktuk.

Late check in (11pm) was a bit of line up, since only 1 receptionist was working. It would be nice if welcoming drink would be offered while waiting
