The front desk staff were especially helpful. The room clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and water.

Breakfast was really good, it was included in our booking. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel were great!

Water pressure and temperature in the shower could have been better.

Great location, rooms were very clean and enough space for two people for short stay.

If you are staying for longer than a few days there’s not a lot of space to unpack

Friendly staff! Greeting with smiles, paying attention to customers' needs. Location is convenient - a short walk to the train and also to the ferry. A great restaurant just around the corner. Clean room, hot shower with plenty of hot waterTea/Coffee service in the morning is just what we need after a big meal a night beforeThey also provided bottled water as many as we needed free of charge.

There is a breakfast menu that looks quite good, but the complementary coffee and toast was enough for us. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was very nice.

The room was nice and large with plenty of room. King sized bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious.

Staff member who checked me out tried to double charge me for a breakfast I had an hour before leaving and had paid immediately upon finishing.

Staff were very kind and professional. They fulfilled our requests and expectations more than 100%. We stayed in Deluxe King Room. Enough space for sitting back and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were maintained perfectly clean. Decoration of the room was very simple, calm and sophisticated. Surasak Station (BTS Silom Line) is only 1 minute of walk from the hotel. It was our second time staying here and we are making this place our new regular hotel in Krung Thep!

This is not a complaint; it is only fair to mention the fact that this hotel is located on one of the main roads in Silom / Sathorn area and there is an expressway running nearby, so guests may hear some noise from outside (which would NOT disturb most people). To solve this problem, the hotel provides earplugs on the bedside table.

This hotel is truly amazing, located right in the heart of the city. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with easy access to the BTS. The hospitality is exceptional, with a very polite and helpful front desk staff. The amenities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Both the room and the bathroom are spotless. If there was any negative about the hotel, it would be that the water in the rooms is constantly warm. That's it. Just remember though, you're in Thailand...where it stays hot!

Our stay at this hotel in Bangkok was excellent. The staff provided outstanding service, always helpful and attentive to our needs. The à la carte breakfast, while different from the usual buffet, was efficient and well-prepared. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a late checkout at a very fair price, accommodating a delicate health situation we were facing, for which we are truly grateful. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally well-equipped and comfortable. The location is convenient, directly in front of a BTS station, making transportation easier, although getting around Bangkok can still be challenging. The area felt safe even at night. The hotel also arranged a reasonably priced airport transfer, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

Very close to Surasak BTS station, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, the guest service was excellent, clean rooms and great breakfast selection.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were very friendly & helpful, the room was very spacious, the bed huge & comfortable. The location was great. It was walking distance to places we had to go to. The Surasak station was a minute away so other places were also accessible. There were a lot of good restaurants & cafes, too.

Superb location, we handy to have 7-eleven just downstairs and access to public transportation. Rather large rooms with TV and all necessary amenities.

The breakfast options may feel limited/repetitive during longer stays.

Staff were friendly, cleaning service was very, well...clean. The security guy (and also a doorman ?) was so good at opening the door that I don't think I even ever touched the entrance door once.

Some corners (grouts) in the bathroom could use with extra scrubs (otherwise it's very very clean), but I'm just a clean freak... So... Also.. the hot water shower is weird, like it's either too hot or too cold..
