The bed was made of two beds. It was very uncomfortable the bad separated apart 10 times a night.The stuff at the check-in desk are not nice, they ask for a fee for anything you want, including extra key or an extra cup, Breakfast is poor also.Btw, while I stayed a cup of glass fell and broke, they charged me for it a fee of ฿100, something that never happened to me not in a “five star” claiming to be hotel(Btw the facilities aren’t even worth 4 stars)Overall from my experience was a two out of 10 mainly because of the poor service of the check-in desk.

We stayed at Xtreme Suites Hotel in Bangkok for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. Despite some reviews saying the hotel is old and not well maintained, we found it to be quite the opposite. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel premises—including the pool, gym, and rooftop area—while a bit dated, were still very clean and well looked after.For the price, it’s excellent value. Many people mention that it's far from the city, but we actually thought the location was perfect. You can easily get a cab to the city for around 150 Baht. And if you're up for a short walk (about 1km), you can reach the Si Kritha Yellow Line MRT station, transfer to Hua Mak Airport Rail Link, and then connect to any BTS or MRT line. Super convenient if you're comfortable using public transport.All in all, a great stay and we'd happily come back!

Way out of the center of Bangkok but many local small restaurants maked it a a nice stay overall. The bed was comfortable and the room was a big size but needs refurbishment. The staff was amazing.

Pictures look much better than what it actually is, the pool was pretty dirty, Gym equipment outed and not usable. Views are questionable, nothing is close this area for tourists. Unfortunately the quality of the rooms were shockingly bad, the door for the bathroom didn’t shut I had to put my suitcase every time I wanted to use the washroom or shower. The overall vibe of the hotel was very depressing, only thing great about it is low price and the staff. Women with the Red hair, amazing person.

The room is spacious enough for 3 people. I went there for a concert at Rajamangala Stadium (Hua Mak Indoor Stadium) and I'm glad I chose this because I can straight away walk back to the accommodation, which takes 15-20 mins (or you can take Grab if you're willing to pay). The staff are friendly. Breakfast is normal.

There's only one access card given. The window (in my room) cannot be locked. I hear the guest next to my room turning on the TV late at night.

Far from city. Not worth it if you are visiting city areas during your stay here. NO IRONING BOARD OR IRON PROVIDED ?

The place and hotel is over all good

They charged 1000 baht from my deposit, claiming the towel provided wasn’t clean due to a stain. Honestly, giving a white towel and charging for basic usage seems unreasonable—it’s a stain that could easily be cleaned, not irreparable damage.Additionally, the rooms lack privacy. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and others could hear us too. This made the stay quite uncomfortable.I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you value fairness and privacy during your stay.

The room was generous in size and the bed very comfortable.

I wiped the coffee table down with the bath floor towel before checking out. It left a few dirty marks on it. The cleaning staff made me wash it before checking-out. Very unusual. The pool is disappointing. It would not even rate as a plunge pool. It is really just a water feature. Don't expect to be able to take a swim but ok to take in some sunshine and views.

The room is nice, the bed was huge and really comfortable, I definitely recommend it for a good sleeping. You also get a bottle of water every day, which is really nice.

The pool was closed (from 01.12 to 14.12), which was really disappointing since that was the reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast is not good for western people, since they serve basically Asian dinner/lunch food and fake juice. But I asked them for some eggs and they prepared some, which was very friendly. The hotel is also very far from everything, we had to pay almost 400THB on taxi for going anywhere. If you just need to sleep comfortably somewhere, we recommend it.

The rooftop is NOT as shown on pictures. Very very run down, green pool. Looks abandoned They did put a sign up saying pool closed for one week as under renovation - but it’s definitely been like that for longer
