We liked the location and the pool.

Average room, air con not strong enough, bit noisy during night because of homecoming party animals.

We liked it there, breakfast was great, a few shops, the pool was smaller but more than enough. The only minus is the poor wifi. Otherwise, we recommend the hotel

Great location, near lots of shops and vibrant evening nightlife.

The room was very basic and small. I was located right next to the laundry so there was some noise with staff coming in and out of the area.

Near to Bangkok. Has free breakfast and easy access to groceries and foods.

The other room that I rented was warmed, the air conditioning was not cool enough for 3 persons.

Location was amazing, staffs all friendly and breakfast diverse

The location was central, short walking distance to the ferry. It had a swimming pool to chill after a day exploring the city. The breakfast was good and you could eat in the evening with a good menu choice.

-Staff was rude.-Was advised, by staff, to go to other places to use amenities. -Took 24 hours for staff to fix an issue with my room. -Not all rooms are updated. Got a really older room. Didn't match pictures.

The staff, food excellent,,I stayed 5 days extra,because I felt comfortable and water fights everywhere,,didnt want to get wet constantly! Songkram festival...Great stay close to everything but also enough away,from madness..

Some rooms I changed 3 times,,because I chose to stay longer,,close to main road to noisy..

Pros: great location, clean roomsCons: stayed in the “deluxe” rooms and were awake every night until 2 am when the bar next to the deluxe rooms stopped playing music.Highly recommend: AVOID all “deluxe” rooms and book the superior rooms. Way more room and much quieter.

Everything was okay, including the staff, who were very friendly, and the location

The internet connection on the fourth floor was very poor, making it difficult to have video calls. The hotel staff were not helpful, only mentioning that many people must have connected to the network. I believe they can improve this service. Additionally, for breakfast, they could consider changing the menu instead of serving the same items every day of the week. Including options like boiled eggs, pork, and beef sausages would be a nice addition.

Clean, only some ants. Double price on booking.com compared to booking there. Food was good, fantastic location, not loud, next to a pier and next to KhaoSanRoad.

The location one street away from noisy Kohsanrd near the river.No noise at night.Its a basic hotel rooms not very big.Good aircon.Small bathroom.Nice little pool to cool off.The little streets around have plenty of choice for food and drinks

Nothing much.We have stayed here several times and always come back to this place.

Shower leaking ,air conditioning not working,only one towel each no hand towels, had to ask for toilet paper,room very tired, uncomfortable two days.

Pool and restaurant area are really good, kids (7,11,13) really enjoyed it. Quiet considering the location, plenty of places in walking distance

Not having a room to accommodate a family of 5, so had to have 2 separate rooms

Breakfast needs improvement…

Location is accessible, very close to Grand Palace. Food wise is fairly good but it's all the same everyday during our 3 days stay. The price is very reasonable. ¹

The bad side is that the water heater is not working in the assigned room. The door key has spoiled few times during our stay.
