New Siam Riverside

It is in a really good location. Close to the main sites and adjacent to a major night life area.

Location,staff,breakfast.

On the river, walking distance to Khao San Road and bus services. Great river balcony views.

Close to the river, pool, friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi was very bad - connection kept dropping and wouldn’t load. AC thermostat was faded and controls were not easy to use, so room temperature was on the warmer side.

very good

we have stayed there before and i found that the breckfast was not as good as it was last time

Woud not return--too stinky!

The room stank of urine and feces--like a direct line from the sewer to the room--really disgusting. Lampshades frayed, curtains dirty, overall the place is neglected and run down. Good location and breakfast buffet and the pool is nice.

We loved the location of the property. Being right on the river made it so convenient to hop on a ferry to get to the Metro, and to get around to all of the major sites.

great location , very walkable

rooms are small but enough to just crash and explore the city.

Friendly accommodating staff. Close to attractions. Good value.

Some of the rules weren’t enforced: example the no smoking in eating area outside patio. There is an issue with birds in patio eating area.

Friendly staff, good reasonably priced food at inside restaurant and good assortment at outside buffet breakfast. Good size rooms .Ours had shower and separate bathtub.Hotel has elevator.

WiFi in room very weak kept dropping signal and having to reenter hotel Username and password., same in other family member's room. Complained sevetal times to front desk but no improvement. Ridiculous really!

Excellent location close to major attractions

Bar / restaurant very quiet in evening

I love its location because it’s very accessible to tourist spots

I dont like much our room because of the smell not very pleasant and the ac is not working properly

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, Clean, nice Riverview from some rooms ( not all rooms) decent breakfast buffet. They let me store my large extra bag for a week when I took a 5 day side trip to Cambodia. Great value.

Bathroom was a little tight. Facility was a little "long in the tooth". Could use a little renovation.

Staffs are friendly, helpful.Breakfast is acceptable.Great location , convenient.

The Towel is not soft .

Everything and location plus view from river view rooms is wonderful.

Toilets could flush better and shower head needs to bend downwards not at the curtain. It was hard to adjust the heat and was too hot for my face.

Location is great, convenient. The Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast menu is variety enough. Swimming pool is clean.

The towels are very old. The water pressure are very weak. The swimming tiles are broken some area, it's dangerous. Breakfast menu are almost the same everyday.

Location - great location. Breakfast - not too much for each but it's plenty choices. Receptionists - they are friendly and helpful.

The Towel in the room - old . The water from the shower and toilet - it's not strong enough. One staff at dinning room - she wasn't pleasant face when serve or ask for order. Swimming pool - some tiles are broken and sharp . it's danger to the guests.

Room - clean and moderate sizeLocation - Great , convenient . Breakfast - Good breakfast although not too much choices . Staffs - Receptionists are friendly.

Room - Towel is old. Room - water pressure level of Shower and Toilet are very low. Room - TV don't have much program in English . Staffs - one staff of dinning room , she never smile to customers when take order and serve food. And talk impolite sometime.

Fantastic location and price, for what it offered. Good breakfast.

Breakfast could use some better fresh fruit. Nothing too expensive but at least bananas!

nice location, friendly employee, it is old, but clean, everything working. All my families like here.

The pool is clean, but some of the tiles sharp, we need to be careful.
