The location was fantastic… just minutes by tuk tuk to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Khao San Street. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, but not great for vegetarians or people with allergies who had limited safe options. The beds were very comfortable and they provided tons of pillows.

The only issue we had was that there was a strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom… we kept the door closed and it wasn’t a problem. There was also a smell coming from the AC unit, so it is probably due for a cleaning and new filter.

A good location. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. We had no wifi in our room when we checked in. The receptionist worked with tech support and us for over an hour. The issue continued. We changed rooms and it was better for a short time. We ended up using tethering from our phones for data for our whole stay. It was still a pleasant stay.

We loved the breakfast and the kitchen staff, especially the lead cook who was so kind in ensuring we had vegetarian options. The location is in old Bangkok and you can walk to the Grand Palace and the place with the best sticky rice + mango. The staff helped us book a private taxi for a day trip and they were super helpful.

I would not recommend walking in the area at night as it did seem a bit dodgy. It is on the budget end, but we had everything we needed and it was clean.

Location is very much in the center of the old city. All major tourist attraction is basically within walking distance. There is also tuk-tuk always ready in front of hotel. Breakfast is exceptional.

Sadly, I got room with very bad odor coming from the bathroom... I tried to tell the hotel staff and they work on it and the bad smell is gone... only for it to come back again tomorrow.

Location seemed okay for activities we were interested in doing.

1. The staff at the morning breakfast buffet were short as they would not accept room key as evidence of occupant. They would only accept this little paper coupon that was in the room key envelope.2. Only 1 room key given. But this room key had to stay in a wall receptacle so the room could have electricity. If one occupant left, they were without a room key as remaining occupant had to have key for electricity. To have a 2nd key costed extra each day.

You need to be prepared for the neighbourhood if you aren’t accustomed to the living conditions in Bangkok.

The room includes a balcony with daily room cleaning. The staff too are friendly especially the Lady receptionist in the morning and those Filipino staff.

The staff are fantastic ! Krypton, Jerald and SD are amazing ! Always friendly and ready to assist with any query! They make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to assist! The location is also very good, literally a 10 minute walk to main attractions like Grand Palace, Wat Po and Khoi San Rd. Breakfast is amazing with a good spread of different foods with local and foreign options. Also, the only 711 in the area is literally 20 meters up the road so that's a good budget friendly option as well. All in all a fantastic place to stay on a budget !

The bathroom is quiet basic nothing extravagant. The Tv's in the rooms should be smart Tv's but their aren't. The wifi can be very spotty and slow at times. The restaurant closes too early at 3pm, room service would be a great option.

The staff are amazing, kind, and attentive. In a walking-distance to main Bangkok's attractions.P.s. I hope you are safe after the earthquake.

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean.There is a lovely terrace on the roof of the hotel.

Really great breakfast, very nice staff, perfect location - walking distance to all sightseeings.

The room had the basic amenities, air conditioner, shower + toilet, tv.

The room was extremely noisy throughout the night and I was kept awake from noises outside. The shower was very basic with no option to adjust temperature or amount of water. Breakfast was minimal.
