The room was so comfortable and had such a nice view. I especially appreicated the amazing staff who always knew my coffee order (what?)

The pool area was amazing, the view is spectacular and they also serve fresh smoothies.The room was clean and modern, the shower was really good.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. They give you a welcome drink upon arrival which tastes so good. They also hold your baggage if the room isn’t ready. The room was absolutely perfect, very clean and spacious with an amazing view. Location is great, in the middle of a lot of popular things in Bangkok. The staff is very kind and accommodating as well!Note - they need ~5 minutes for housekeeping to check your room before you check out so be mindful of this. We didn’t have the time to allow this and we actually forgot a shirt there.

I asked if the hotel could accept a package for me from Lazada and they said yes so I left my money with them but they didn’t accept the package. It was partially just bad timing because it came the day I checked out. Luckily our trip landed us in Bangkok again before we left so I was able to go pickup my cash and the shirt that we left too! Be mindful that you’re staying in a city. You can absolutely hear the traffic of the city at night however this did not bother us at all. We were on the 21st floor.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was great - on the 18th floor I could faintly hear street noise but it wasn’t disturbing. Fair price/quality. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even helping to arrange stamps for my postcards. At first I was on the fence about specific location - on a busy street & not the most charming area - but turn a corner and there are some local spots. Easy to walk to Si Phraya ferry / Chinatown. I had previously stayed at their sister property Asai close by, and while that property was close to some smaller coffee shops, wine bars and right next to public transport, I actually liked the ability to walk more easily at Dusit.

Overall recommend but manage expectations - as many similar hotels, immediate neighborhood isn’t super picturesque. Pool is in the shade in afternoon and on the colder side. Personally would’ve preferred some sun but not a dealbreaker - just go in the morning! Small personal preference, but the scent in the lobby is a bit overpowering and the Miami theme on the rooftop wasn’t quite my cup of team.

Very nice hotel overall, the rooms were comfortable, a bit weird bathroom design with the divider. The staff is super friendly, the swimming pool is really nice, the gym is small but useable with fairly good equipment. Also convenient to get taxi rides from the entrance with Grab.

The bathroom wasn't completely clean when we arrived, but after mentioning it to the staff they quickly cleaned it again. The location is pretty good but not much around very near the hotel, it's best to organize Grab rides before you leave to go somewhere.

Location was good and close to 7 eleven, but we had stayed before in a hotel connected to the BTS directly and found it to be more convenient for us.

The bed was so comfortable- this is very important for me and my partner- we got the superior king room and we felt it was a perfect size . Food was excellent and staff were excellent and accommodating.

The location was okay! You’re not far from Bahnthat tong road

Appreciate a lot that they did the best to accommodate an earlier check-in. The room was clean, it had a huge and comfortable bed.

The staff were very helpful and overall the hotel had a good atmosphere. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and all the facilities around it. Overall it was a good stay.

There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like. We had a small room request that was resolved promptly.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in and assist with booking a private river tour.. They even shuttled us down to River City to introduce us to the tour company. First rate service! Hotel had many amenities including a lobby coffee bar, a second floor pool and outdoor space and a roof top restaurant. Wish we could have stayed an extra night!

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood so I was able to relax, the staff were very accommodating and always had a warm smile on their face. My favorite would be the breakfast buffet because they had a lot of options they had a drink of the day, which was a virgin mojito, wherein they make it on the spot and deliver it to your table, I wanted to order more but felt bad for the guy squeezing all the lime by himself.

Big and modern room woth a comfy bed and everything you need. USB ports by the bed, good lighting and nice staff. Rooftop bar is nice too.

Hard to find something we did not like. The armchair and the chaiselounge had some stains on it and the light of cosmetic mirror in the bathroom did not worky

Really comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we had a little travel glitch and made us feel at home.

Staff was overall very friendly, yet they have a lot of trainees that can't really help you out - while the fewer senior staff, especially at the FO seems very stressed.
