The staff were beyond accommodating, event helped me get a taxi when my app was not getting it done during busy time; the food was excellent, the location bustling; really, what more can you ask for!

A lovely and well located hotel on a quieter side street from the main buzzy thoroughfare. Our room was big and well lighted and squeaky clean. Extra bonus for me -- the bed was very firm (exactly the way I like it). The breakfast was made to order and took us a while to figure out the different items on the menu but they were all freshly prepared and tasty. The service was outstanding -- special shout out to the front desk personnel (Sowo and Izy) and the breakfast staff (Itim and Mint and two others whose names I forgot to note down). They were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

A tip. If you get room #4 on the first floor, be warned that your window will look out into a space with several water tanks (I think). Very uninspiring but apart from this, everything else was great.

Area where is located is centric, but not the nicest to eat or look for drinks.

I like how the hotel managed to give all our requests with a lot of surprises - from very late check-in, an anniversary cake to a cookie when we checked out. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I love the view from the rooftop during sunset while sippin cocktail by the pool. Very great location as well as hotel is near emsphere and other big malls! There’s a 7/11 in front for some quick fix.

This is my second review for this property. First review was a year ago.- Breakfast is incredible and very large. You can get more than one espresso drink for free! And usually not busy, unlike other hotel breakfasts. Pancakes and eggs and ham toast are my favorites. Also it ends at noon which is very nice.- They replace 2 free Nespresso pods in your room every day!- Great social atmosphere. Has like upscale hostel social vibes.- Very good AC- Very comfortable mattress and pillows- Nice pool area

- Wish they had a self-serve water pitcher. Have to repeatedly ask staff to fill my water bottle.- There’s a blue light by the bed that is EXTREMELY bright when all other lights are off - Really annoying that ALL the lights turn on in the room when you enter. Especially at night. Does not remember previous light settings.- The hotel restaurant dinner food is significantly worse than breakfast. Pulled pork fries were bad, Hawaiian pizza was okay, Massaman chicken was okay (rice hard and clumped up).- Restaurant service is really hit or miss. Some food items take a really long time to make (e.g., protein shake, breakfast sandwich). Some people ordered after me and got their food before me at breakfast. Also it seems like there's a 30% chance they forget to put the order in when you order something at breakfast.- The gym is lackluster. Just dumbbells up to 10kg, no machines. There's AC (thermostat hidden behind door). Mats and bench are dirty; seems not cleaned regularly. Nice that it's open 24 hours. - Pool music needs more variation. They played the same song twice in like 30 min.- Seems like they did away with guests getting 20% discount on the restaurant which they had a year ago.- Daily room cleaning didn't thoroughly clean the floors (lots of hairs still)

Was asked to move from tables several times by staff due to some kind of “private” music festival, despite being a hotel guest. Happened several times and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wow what an amazingly designed hotel! It had such a great vibe to it. Very cool and chic. Has so much character than the standard business hotels. The exact kind of place we were looking for in Bangkok. Very helpful staff. Great location. Highly recommend!

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely hotel - beautifully decked out and still with a boutique small hotel feel. There was really nothing to not like and the barman made exceptional Margaritas :). I would not hesitate to stay there again if in Bangkok.

The bed was comfortable and every day they clean our room perfectly

The pool and gym are pathetic. You can’t tell by the photos, but it’s not really possible to swim in the pool, it’s so small, even for one person it’s tiny and you swim basically circles all the time, it’s suitable only for photos. And gym is very small and has almost nothing in it. Also we used the disposable camera one day and was very excited about results, but they ended up sending 5 photos out of ~400, yes maybe some were black or blurry, but we still would appreciate to see it. Not recommend to take it, just a waste of time.

It honestly felt like a five star hotel! The staff was extremely nice, the room was brand new with the best amenities, the bed was so so comfortable (and huge!).We loved the breakfast options. Will definitely be back!

The staff in particular and food from the restaurant were amazing. I loved Ice Ruby. My bathroom was lovely and all the hair products etc.

The room itself was a little drab / not a great view but the beds were comfy and clean. There was some noise from next door but the staff sorted it quickly for me.

Sleek, modern, and stylish. Big and spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

The shower would leak into the bathroom floor, but when we complained they acted quickly and fixed the problem.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for everything we needed in Bangkok. We often find ourselves spending just one or two nights here on transit and always looked for a place that combines comfort with convenience. Public House finally ticks all the boxes: spacious and high-standard rooms, very comfortable and well designed, great food, a cool atmosphere, and a fantastic location within walking distance to malls and all the fun part of Bangkok. The staff were also truly wonderful.

New boutique hotel in mid- Soi 31 with great service and facilities. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Highly recommend if you have to stay in this area.

Not really a negative comment but the pool on the roof is on small size. It may get very crowded on sunny days.
