The real state looks nice

The room floors are not clean, the room service ladies are barefooted and their feet is dirty. They don't wipe door handles, zinks handles, and toilet push botton. The shower is terrible, it turn boiling hot and very cold every 3 seconds; hated it.

Room, staffs, services and structure are firm and comfortable.

Hotel stay is good, neat and clean, friendly staff, restaurants nearby, Floating market, crocodile Farm nearby. Overall it is a good stay. During Earthquake havoc, hotel staff take care of the occupants which is appreciable.

Breakfast not ok. Generally, BKK hotels are good for breakfast, this hotel is not to the mark. Most of the items are repeated for the next day.

Good and friendly staff. Close to an area with good food and snacks (literally next door) and the food/coffee at the hotel was both good and fairly priced. Good place!

The television only had one channel the restaurant was not available for dinner/evening meal , you could order from the limited menu and it was brought to your room , breakfast was good and plentiful and served in the restaurant

the bath towel is so dirty. It seems that been using for very long time and did not replanish at all.

Price not worth with the facility and service. Location is not match with the price. It was mentioned 5 star but for me gave 3.5 star. Lobby area no air con when arrived and it looked Hugh but no lighting and no people.

quite near to the airport. breakfast selection was okay. had staff present 24 hours. near huge mall mega bangna.

rooms were a bit stuffy and old. hot water in shower was not consistent. takes quite a while to get to city center due to the traffic.

The light in our room went out. Also, the air was slow to get cool.

Great breakfast. Area was out of the way for the city but great for me as near hospital for visiting. Lovely staff.

staff in reception named Ms. Nisarat very rude in arranging the taxi and very bad attitude. we almost urgued. it was bad

i checked out 4 am to go airport. electric cut off so dark the room. no elevator was working. i Walk down with my baggages from 12 th floor.

Clean and comfortable rooms in great location.

Staff very friendly and competent. The quietness of the hotel works very well for us, hence our return visit. Close to the shopping area Mega, IKEA etc.

Inconsistent water pressure

Breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfy and had very good wifi in my room. Seven 11 next door and a nice Japanese Restaurant and Thai Food next to the Hotel. Staff was helpful in booking a Taxi from the Hotel.

The location is abit too far from any shopping malls or nightlife.
