Royal Asia Hotel Pratunam

Staff were friendly.

The location was horrible. If you’re traveling with luggage don’t book this hotel. The hotel was filled with baggages and was really dirty. There were spider webs everywhere.

Very bad experience. I never recommend it to anyone for stay

No internetBed bunk Live running Cakrooch around your bed.

Location is really great and city center. Staffs are helpful.

Rooms are so small and I didn't get the full hotel facilities.

Súper friendly staff, great location and the room was clean and comfortable!

Very bad

Bad experience. We got locked out of our room because the lock was broken. They made us wait for hours only to be transferred to a different hotel. They didn’t compensate for our wasted time and ruined plans. Didn’t even hear an apology from the owner.

There was no breakfast.

Cleaning should be daily, the room was not ready when we arrived at 14:30 pm.

Location

Room cleaning services is poor, until you reminded them even though you have requested for.

The location is good but I'm unhappy with the sheets and towels, it seems dirty and unwashed.

Location was good. We were able to do shopping as much as we liked.

The room was not cleaned properly. We had to tell in the reception to clean the room for 2 days for it to be clean.

As per price, hotel is very expensive. No good rooms and facilities.

Rooms bad smell, no good clening.

The only good thing about the property is the helpful staff.

The bedsheets, blankets, pillow cover were not clean. The bathroom had a foul smell from the drainage, with the door lock broken. The sink drainage pipe was leaking.

Helpful staff during our checkout..especially for weighing n wrapping our bag.

Request for room at same level but not given even the host agrèed to our request. The lift system is annoying especially when we are separated by 4 floor.

Location is good near shopping center

I forgot my earrings in our room when we checked out and when I asked if somebody seen it I was told nobody seen it.

It was located in a convenient place

The photos were misleading. The property is over priced

The location was gread

room was too small, the corridor wasn't clean

Overaal good.many Indian hotels nearby.my ATM did not work first day but owner any arrange money. Really thankful to him. I suggest to vit anyone to this hotel .

Near with halal food and night market.

The housekeeping didn’t clean the room. I have to ask them to clean and change the towel. Bedsheets was not change even once during my stay there.I been bite by bed bug on the neck and chin. Itching like crazy.

staffs were cooperation and helpful

Nobody cleaned my room during my two night stay in the hotel. So, I have doubt that hotel would clean room in between of check in and check out period. Room service and facility was very poor. I had to go to reception even to collect drinking water. Service was not improved even though we made comment for improvement.

location was the only good thing

could not pay by card, asked for room to be serviced and never got done, unprotected stair case at entrance to elevator, on the second night the room gave me hay fever. Indians at either entrance hasseling you to eat Indian food every time you entered or exited hotel. no laundry service.

The room and the staff
