Grace At Five by Grace Hotel Bangkok

Every thing was fantastic I like all room/place/ staff/ hotel

Unprepared staff to handle my problems, however the location is great

I requested a non-smoking room, upon arrival they gave me a smoking room which stank of cigarettes. They then allocated me a different room which was a non-smoking room however there was a leak in the room which caused water to fall from the ceiling which I could hear constant dripping noises. I then reported it to the front desk where they sent a engineer to fix this issue. After returning back to the Room after a few hours the dripping was still occurring moreover there was a second drip that now started

The rooms were modern.

Everywhere it smelled of cigarettes. Also, in the so-called non-smoker room. The smell.seems to be distributed by the AC-system. The staff at the desk is much less helpful than in other hotels I know in Bangkok. The hotel looks barren, no restaurant, no bar, and the promised swimming pool doesn't exist (it shall be in some adjacent building).I wouldn't recommend the hotel and will not book it again myself.

There were ongoing construction works near my room which caused a lot of noise during the day, making it hard to rest. The hotel management promised to stop the work during morning hours but didn’t follow through, which affected the overall experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was on point and very accommodating if you wanted to have some cleaning done soon (I frequently go out in the morning for an hour or so and would like my cleaning to happen during that timespan).

The area is not a good area, and it's not the shortest walk to the BTS. Target audience of this hotel (and street in general) are mainly arabic customers, and I did not encounter a non-arabic customer here.

The room not clean below the bad, the don’t care about your request regarding smoking and non smoking room and higher or lower floors, the mosquito mainly at lobby and low floors.

Dirty and they didn’t change the blanket and bedsheets, they give you a old one

Good budget hotel. I got pretty much everything I needed. It is about 5 -10 minute walk away from craziness of the main street, but close enough to city action and Nana plaza location. Food options are many, but do your homework first. I am not familiar with thai foods, it became a challenge to find a suitable place and on the first night I ended up eating at McDonald's that I am not typically do, which located close to the hotel.
