The rooms are extremely dark and feel small. No chairs to relax, just the bed to sit on.

Convenient location, steps away from public transportation! Fairly compact rooms but clean and staff is friendly. Spa was pretty decent.

The staffs were very courteous.

We missed a light switch for the toilette room.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far below the standard I would expect.Upon check-in, there seemed to be a system error regarding our reservation for three guests. The staff member who assisted us handled the situation with a noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanor, which was a very poor first impression.Throughout our stay, several issues went unaddressed: * Despite our reservation being for three people, the room was not prepared with the appropriate number of towels or amenities. * The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. When we called to request these items, it took over an hour for a staff member to arrive, and they only provided soap, without any communication. * During checkout, I asked for directions to the parking lot. The front desk staff failed to inform me that I needed to validate my parking ticket. As a result, I had to walk back to the lobby from the parking lot to get the stamp, which was a significant inconvenience.I am particularly concerned that these issues seemed to be linked to a difference in the way my group and other guests were treated. It felt as though we were not given the same level of care and attention. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these shortcomings to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Pool area had beautiful views. But no vibes, nobody was at the bar so couldn’t use it and you had to pay to use a towel

Excellent breakfast; firm but comfortable beds; The tub in our "executive room" was outstanding the tub in the more standard room was good. Nice views. Convenient to Metro line.

All rooms had a couple abrupt steps which were potential traps. We had to switch rooms (valid reasons) but that process was a bit complicated and seemed to be overly awkward.The neighborhood takes a bit of walking to get to action--

Good hotel for a short stay in Bangkok, right beside the train line for easy travel around the city. Coffee shop beside the reception was great and we ate there every day. The rooftop pool was great to relax by.

The layout of the room is obscure with the toilet, sink and shower all being separate. The room could do with a little refurb and the surfaces didn’t seem to be cleaned down however some anti bacterial wipes did the job. There was a rooftop bar too with nice views of the city but the drinks were pretty expensive here.

Location was perfect, right in front of BTS.

The last day before we checked out there's no water available from the tap including the toilet, that's the first time I ever encounter such thing in a decent hotel.Also, during the stay, we were told the hotel do not provide water for the check out day, which is insane to me considering 2 bottles of waters per cleaning is obviously not compatible for the hot weather in Bangkok. Not to mention we only asked for room cleaning once during the stay, We're entitled to ask for more water in my opinion. Or at least a water dispenser machine that we can refill the kettle. Instead of asking us to buy a bottle of water for 40 Bhat

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The adjoining coffee shop had tasty food but service was slow due to short staffing but the existing staff tried their best

More staff in the coffee shop excellent location, good value for your money and I’d highly recommend it for everyone!

Across the road from the BTS, stored our bags for us for the day when we had checked out, had a nice pool and had a roof top bar which had a good view of the city

It wasn’t super clean, staff were mildly helpful, could have definitely been more friendly ?‍♀️
