HOP INN Bangkok Krung Thonburi Station

The location is excellent. The BTS sky train is steps away.

My room was pretty small; no space to put a luggage, no closet to put my clothes in, no chaser drawers, and although having a television, no English channel. If you look for a place to sleep at night and take a shower, this is the hotel.

Location and super clean

I recomand this hotel. The location is perfect, near the metro station. The room was very clean and cosy.

Location, staff, and price

The room was small and the amenities were few.

Clean, quiet and has comfortable beds (really, they're soft)! Staff are friendly and always available. Steps from two metro train lines where the entrance to the station is literally in front of the hotel. The area is also walkable which surprised me, but there is a whole world of restaurants and shops all along there underneath the overpasses and in alleys. The hotel also has free luggage storage so you can check out on time, leave your luggage with them (they tag it and put it in a back room), and come back later to retrieve it.

Its just steps away from the MRT very convenient , fairly priced and it has washing machine- good for on the go travelers.

It is conveniently located near the train station.There is a mini pantry/store in the lobby, and a self-service laundry that is open 24 hours.Free water and tissue are delivered daily.Helpful staff.

The location is perfect for my needs, right on a major SkyTrain route but away from the chaos of the tourist traps in downtown Bangkok. In fact, the hotel is right outside the Krung Thonburi station. I recommend getting a room set back from the front in order to minimize road noise. All staff are helpful, the cleaning staff are excellent and will give you extra towels upon individual request. Free coffee downstairs before 11am. Instant noodle in Thai flavours available for a small price. Great value proposition overall.

Lack of a safe. Insufficient hangers. No phone in the room, but that is to be expected in a basic hotel. Staff don't call taxis. Rooms and the public spaces may be pretty bare for some customers, but I think there is a definite value vs cost advantage for the customer here. I've had episodic poor wifi reception in previous visits here, but I believe they have upgraded the reception. No major market nearby, though there is a small sidewalk-based market on the other side of the road (easy access up the stairs and over the road through the Skytrain station) and some really good restaurants in the direction of the river.

The room was very clean and disinfected before. The location was very good, right in front of the BTS station, which can connect you to Icon Siam. Street food and 7/11 right next door yo your convenience.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was pretty good value for money for Bangkok. The location is a 30 second walk from the BTS Skytrain exit.

It is not a negative, but for those who aren't familiar with Bangkok, it's a fairly quiet location and a considerable walking distance to common points of interest. Many people will have to take the BTS Skytrain and perhaps connect to other lines to get certain places of interest.
