Centara Life Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon

Very nice and clean room, could not have asked for better especially for the money.

I only stayed for a single night to catch a connector flight for the next day but it was a good deal away from the airport and it didn't seem like it had a lot to do near the hotel.

Modern and clean

Rude staff

Food was great; Room was very nice and clean; I had moved from another hotel that was a dump. I loved my room and encouraged my ci-workers staying at the other hotel to move as well! Location was great as well, closer to our meeting location.

Can't think of anything.

The security and valet staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

No complaints

Clean and tidy place

since I booked on another platform, I do not get other facilities which is stated in the hotel website. A warning should have been given not to book through another platform

Cleanliness, polite staff, nice pool, Starbucks

Good location, staff was very helpful in extending the check out time when requested

Room had no view, our balcony faced a wall from other building

The beds are large and comfortable. The air conditioning works well. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Austin who checked us in. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety for different cultures. As a British national, there were plenty of things to suit our diets. For lunch and dinner there are plenty of options including pasta, pizza, curries, steaks etc. Room service being no extra charge was a huge bonus. The pool is lovely. The room was clean. I liked using the app to be able to request room cleaning and room service.

There is quite a busy road nearby and traffic is constant so you can hear traffic at night. I recommend wearing ear plugs. Apart from a few hangers, there is no storage for clothes. Adding some drawers or a cupboard to the room would be helpful. The balcony chairs are quite uncomfortable. I think the pool needs cleaning - there are black/green stains on the tiles but I'm not sure if that's just the color of the tiles.

The staff and the location I really liked, also it was close to different atractions and to the amazing morning market

Its a kind of far from the train/ metro/ skytrain but on the good thing was the river boat was close (15min walk) and ofcourse grab can bring you everywhere for a good price

Very comfortable room, clean, good bed, and the wifi worked very well

Everything was fine.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a very spacious room and bathroom. The area around is not great for walking however it was quite close to the main touristic attractions by car so it was very convenient.

The food at the hotel, especially breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is close to major highway but most sites worth visiting were several miles away.

I love the front desk staff and the door entrance staff. They are very helpful. I love how the massage place is in the hotel too. You also have a free tuk tuk ride to the night market. Very convenient.

Very clean and great location

Was disappointed that I could not get a single queen room

Modern, clean, spacious and nice staff

If the room was ready before, I would appreciated being able to get in earlier

Absolutely recommend!Beautiful hotel, 10 mins from Khao San Road. Free tuk tuk in the afternoon provided by the hotel.Great breakfast, security, stuff and close to the Grand Palace.

Comfortable room and good hotel facilities. Nice pool

Surrounding area not very attractive.

Very comfortable stay . Hotel staff were very helpful. And location was perfect. Will definitely stay here again . Not far from the airport and other great locations .

Very pleasant and relaxing stay in Centara Life. Perfectly serviced - everything Available via Hotel app. Breakfast amazingly rich and tasty, pool very good to cool down in the evening, during the day quite a lot of Families with Kids. Everything else was perfect. Thank to all the staff! Hope I can come back at some point.

Excellent hotel with very handy app to use, modern and comfortable. Breakfast a bit too complicated with the selection on paper and overpriced
