Friendliness of all the staff, cleanliness, promptness of service, breakfast buffet and accessibility to modes of transportation. Simply superb hotel. Thank you all guys!!!

Everything was good except for the delay it took to get us checked in when we had booked months prior they seem to have trouble finding our reservation as well as having rooms ready for us when we arrived well after three hours of the check-in time

The staff was so hospitable and cared about us throughout our stay.

Decor

Definitely a luxury hotel, very classy and great guest experience.

The porter service was impeccable, after receiving the room keys, luggage was already in the room, at check out they came within minutes. Cleaning service was great, room very cosy, good lightening, nice amenities. Spa (which does not belong to the hotel anymore) was absolutely wonderful, we had the best massages. Some staff is friendly as long you don't ask for anything out of the ordinary (quiet seating area at breakfast). Value for money okey

Very cold placeThe pool is a disaster, who designed something like that. There is absolutely no privacy when you swim. Everyone from 7 stories and hundred of rooms in 3 buildings has a full view onto the pool. With phones which can zoom in to the moon nowadays I would not want to stay there in a bikini as a woman, who knows what the strange European guests are doing behind the curtains. Its a mens design and a pool for men not for woman. So for me I could not use it at all. We changed from MO as the pool of the MO is always too hot but this one is worse and I could not use it feeling comfortable.Some of the staff does not speak any English. Korawit S. the Ambassador of "Impressions Manager" commented on another guests review that all of their staff speaks English, it is not true. Nevertheless the majority of the staff is really kind and friendly and is making an effort, besides the receptionists are some kind of NPC's or robots, ice cold, the fake contact lenses made me shiver and it feels like speaking to a robot and not a real person. Extremely extremely cold and condescending with an extra attitude. The whole hotel feels off, its kind of a strange atmosphere and weird design. Walking to tiny corridors or basically through the toilets (as the doors are open you see into the actual toilet when passing from restaurants and pool to the elevators and when wanting to access the restaurants). Strange placeBreakfast a disaster if you are vegetarian. I live also in the middle east, to see all this pork dishes made me sick and nothing is healthy. There are no fresh juices (only concentrate and packages juices and even I offered to pay they dont have fresh juice at all). Some people eat other than meat, eggs and pork !!!

The staff from the front desk, the concierge and wait staff all went above and beyond. We will be back

Excellent breakfast, great service. Comfortable beds and a nice clean bathroom with a Japanese toilet.

We were disappointed that access to the spa/water circuit was not included in our stay (it always has been included at other comparable hotels we have stayed at), and the price of admission was quite high.

Location, Riverside are definitely the place to stay. Nice and modern facilities, good room space, and very good in house spa.

Nothing relevant, but they were understaffed at the pool area, having to wait long times despite not being crowded.

The facilities are A1. I do think you all need to re think customer experience and it is a culmination of little things… breakfast: relying on waitresses for things such as omlettes or coffee. During rush hour, we had to wait a long time and mention this several times to your staff. I ate once for lunch and told the attendant it was way too salty. They told me it was how it was supposed to be. No way. Have had thai basil chicken at other spots and it was much better.

Room service food was not good. Your personnel was nice and friendly. I do not feel it is their issue on an individual level. Something is up with how quickly your staff is able to respond to guests for things as simple as bags to your room.

The check in and out proccess was all right, the breakfast was not worth noticing, besides the coffee which was delicious.The fact that you can have breakfast at a table by the river, was the highlight of the stay.The pool was kind of unusual, half pool half water fountain. The complimentary boat provided by the hotel was really old, not worth using it.

The food served by Brix restaurant, by the pool, was not acceptable. I ordered chicken tenders anf French fries, it took a long time before it was served, and the worst part is that the uncooked chicken did cause me the worst diarrhea of my life !!I did report that to the manager during check out proccess and she was nice to apologise and remove the charge of the food from my final bill.

The riverside location is beautiful, offering a calm and elegant atmosphere. The hotel’s style has a strong and distinctive identity, feeling like a refined work of art. The design is stunning, the room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout the stay.

The stay was quite short, so there wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy all of the facilities. Other than that, everything was very pleasant.

Have a little bit odor of the new painting. Staff always no smile especially check in counter, and not near BTS

Place is beautiful and clean

Parfume used in the common areas is too strong & sweet in my opinion- it was giving me headache. Also aquatherapy (on the roof) is way overrated and overpriced presented as a unique experience while you are basically getting a jacuzzi

It was lovely & comfortable. Walking distance to local shops & eateries. Loved the free boat rides to Icon Siam. Decent & clean massage centers around the hotel at affordable price. The hotel has too if you want a lux experience.

Pool was too cold - even at the Moon Pool.

Breakfast could improve a little bit

Spa experience was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Surrounding neighborhood was fun to walk around

The cocktails and drink sections were not very good . One of the restaurants was closed. Our room was on the small side

Staff is very poorly trained. what time does did not know how to make drinks when they were very really at the bar. Service during breakfast do not bust the tables and forget to order food you asked for.
