Location is great if you want to be in the Nana Plaza area. Staff are very polite. Room is basic but good value for money. Good WiFi.

The bed was so hard , the room was dirty , the receptionist lady was very rude , and someone knocked on my door at 1am midnight trying to open it . I would not recommend this place to anyone.
1. The hotel staff provided exceptional assistance.2. The shower was excellent; the water pressure was strong, and the heater worked perfectly.3. The hotel is within walking distance of the BTS station.
1. Check-in process was slower than anticipated.2. There was a noticeable odor in the room, possibly from vape smoke, incense, or neighboring rooms.3. Noise from the adjacent room was disruptive during my stay.
