Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel

I cant rate it as I never stayed. I received watsup msgs sayin 2 put my credit card details i did it twice n I canceled my booking. 8

This hotel is perfect if you have a layover on your trip. It is easy to get a Grab (207 THB or 9 can $) to get to it in 10 -15 minutes late at night and early morning as it was for me. The reception was not the most friendly. I will flag two things. I was in transit and arrived at 11:30 pm. I was asked to give a 500 THB deposit for the key. I did not have any cash and not ready to walk to an ATM. After what seemed a long discussion when all i wanted was to get to a bed for a few hours we agreed she could keep my driver's licence. I was reluctant to leave my passport. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed and a bathroom with bathtub . All was good. The night watch person was also in a better mood in the morning and i got my driver's license back !This is not directly booked by Booking. it is difficult to communicate with the hotel if you do not have a phone. No Whatsapp or email which is better when you travel and do not have a local number

The discussion at 11:30 pm following the fact i did not have cash for the deposit for the room key and all was settled with my driver's license.

It was okay for a one night stay. Location was hard to find and not right at the airport as advertised.

It was convenient for the airport, and of a good standard.

Why would you build an airport hotel, with sub-standard sound-proof windows?Why would you not use soft-close toilet lids in the rooms?

Affordable, clean, ALL employees polite and professional. Beds ok, pillows great, hot water, breakfast ok. 7-11 and lotus 1min walk. Have an iced moca cafe! Get laundry done 2 min walk down road next to hotel for 1-200B

South west side of hotel…. Extremely noisy all night, loud exhaust and emergency vehicles. Not hotels fault, but suggest you request non SW rooms

The hotel offers a great variety of breakfast options. It’s only a 3-minute drive from DMK Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only downside was a bit of traffic noise at night.When we arrived and departed, we were warmly assisted by Jack, who always greeted us with a genuine smile and excellent service. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again every time I visit Thailand!

I love it! Super convenient location, many options to choose from around the hotel, excellent connection being right in between a few stations. Hotel staff was very helpful. Nice and large room with good facilities.

Wifi is not that fast on the first level

Cleanliness , location, and friendly staff I will come back to this location also I will recommended to any visitors. This place is safe and convenient to malls, restaurants and train stations. Thank you to the amazing staff for making me feel like home.

Great people at reception to let us check in at 3 in the morning. Very good breakfast spread and food seemed fresh. TMetro station is at a walkable distance to explore rest of the city.

A waste basket or bin in the room would be great.

For an airport hotel this was ideal and a fantastic choice.Rooms are all good for a short stay, basic but good, the only negative is very few English cable TV CHANNELS.Excellent flexibility at check in and out which is so important at an airport hotel.Breakfast was good also and a large Lotus shopping mall right opposite, 5 mins walk.FOC shuttle bus to DM is a good bonus, 15mins only.

It’s centrally located to everything in Bangkok because of the skytrain. Skytrain is very convenient. It’s also close to the airport. The staff is super friendly and the manager is terrific. I felt right at home.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 5 day holiday at the Best Western Nada Don Mueang AirPort Hotel. Our room was modern, very attractive and comfortable. The location was perfect with a Testco Lotus Supermarket and a Swenson’s Ice-cream shop directly across the road, a sky train station only a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, and the famous Ying Charen Market only four train stops away. The service by all hotel staff was consistently welcoming, attentive, helpful, friendly, prompt and competent. The housekeeping staff kept our room fresh and clean and neat. It was a pleasure to be greeted at every buffet breakfast by the General Manager John. He demonstrated a delightful, friendly, knowledgeable, competent and collaborative leadership style with both guests and staff. The hotel was fully booked due to several hundred high school science teachers attending a conference and yet the breakfast seating and service was incredibly well organized.

There’s nothing not to like about the property.
