the hotel was beautiful, decorated with great taste, great breakfast and really nice staff

We returned to this hotel after leaving Bangkok for a few days. Service is great!

I preferred the design and layout of the previous room.

My teenage children loved the gym and pool table in the gym. They spend hours in there. the Quad room was great for them too. We are all happy with the stay.

Though within walking distance to the BTS station, wished it was a little nearer.

Hotel is in a great location, easy access to BTS. Hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful in locating things to do in Bangkok!

Shower was a bit on the cooler side.

Place was classy, modern and quiet from the chaos of Bangkok streets. Service staff are great and friendly and the breakfast was nice with a decent selection. Room and amenities comfortable!

Walls are a bit thin

Our room was beautifully appointed. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. The staff were very welcoming.

There was nothing not to like about the property but there is a short walk to the train station area along a road with no proper footpath which could be daunting for some people. We found it not a problem just took our time and stayed alert. It was very flat and straight which was helpful.

Cosy and low-key location and property. Staff are warm and considerate. Breakfast was consistently good. Transport, shops (7/11, food, pharmacies, convenience stores) are all within walking distance.Hotel restaurant open till late and bar open 24 hours.Attracts a safe, respectful and calm crowd. Good vibes overall, would recommend for anyone over 25.

Location is a little far from the centre. BTS is nearby which is good.

The internet of room 314 didn’t work during my stay.

1. It's quite a torture for an elderly person (60+) to walk some 15 minutes under the sun at 35+degrees from Thong Long bts to the hotel.2. The pool is only a big 3 meter bath tub and the water quality is horrible.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations throughout its duration from check in to check out. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and warm towel, which was exactly what we needed after a long travel from home. A note that you need to provide a deposit, but it is returned to you right away after you leave. The staff was super friendly to assist with any questions we had linked to our stay and available everywhere in case you needed any assistance. The hotel is situated in the Sukhumvit area, which is very well connected to the BTS train, and easily accessible for taxis and Grab- throughout our stay we used all means of transportation easily from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, having a large selection of food, catering to all kinds of likes, including cooked Asian food, desserts, bread with more continental breakfast options AND if that wasn't enough you always have the choice of ordering one more breakfast option a la cart. The coffee was the greatest coffee I ever had at a hotel - an important note for those that would be busy all day exploring the city. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, an option for netflix in TV, with a strong ceiling fan and good air-condition, and black-out curtains. They even provide the option of changing your pillows according to your needs- soft medium-hard, which was another bonus-although we did not need to change anything in our case. I sincerely thought they couldn't top up our experience, but they did- providing us with a snack in check out for our travels including something savory, sweet, water and a drink. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel for your stay it provides all comforts for a relaxing stay in Bangkok.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I loved the vibes of this hotel, cos it's modern and effortlessly cool. The room was a good size for my needs, with all the things I could want/need, including chargers. It had probably the best AC out of all hotels I've experienced in Thailand. I arrived from Pattaya, and I felt like all of my clothes were a bit damp, and the dry mode fixed that.There's a really small pool (more like a very big tub tbh) on the rooftop and "garden" area great for relaxing, but the most impressive are the amazing views on the city.The breakfast at the hotel was very tasty, with lots of options to choose, but I advise going there sooner than later, cos when I arrived late, all the rice was gone.The check in/check out process was fast, and when I was leaving, I got a bag with water and some snacks from the hotel staff. Much appreciated. The hotel is near BTS Thong Lor station, so it's easy to travel to other places.

There's no sidewalk on a road to the hotel, so it's a bit inconvenient having to watch out for cars.

All facilities on high level. Breakfast, swimming pool, 24h bodyguard who was supporting with taxi, location from night districts.

No smoking anywhere, not even on one's own balcony, only one smoking lounge downstairs

Beautiful rooms and views, gorgeous aesthetic and design considerations. I loved the greenery I could see out of my window. The bathroom was really nice as well. Other travellers have mentioned the thin walls - I don’t know if I was just blessed with great neighbours, but I’m a very light sleeper and I had no trouble! The bed was so comfortable. I was v appreciative of the fact that they provided an adapter.

As someone who doesn’t eat meat, the choices of a hot breakfast were very limited and on one day, non existent. I feel like at least a plain congee would have been useful as a standard option? With separate toppings for those who eat seafood ? I found it quite surprising as an upmarket hotel catering to a diverse tourist crowd. There were cold food options and that’s mostly what I had. The staff at breakfast definitely seemed stressed as well. I ordered a dinner once and that wasn’t very tasty sadly. Agree with another reviewer that a regular tuktuk to the BTS would be useful - it’s not a long walk, but sometimes a little exhausting in the hot sun with no shade most of the way and no footpath, either.

Room is stylish and breakfast is great. Good internet.

The comfort of the beds. And that I could open a balcony window to allow air in. Great shower and lovely bathroom products including body lotion which seems rare in hotels these days.Great coffee at breakfast.Nice overall decor.Majority of the staff very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the sound proofing is terrible. You can hear the person in the next room sniff (or more) had dreadful sleep here due to the noise of people - I could clearly hear the conversations of my neighbours etcThe issue also is with the sound of people walking around. The hotel, instead of supplying soft hotel slippers, has provided loud solid Japanese style thongs which against wooden floors and bad soundproofing is an absolute nightmare. They need to change to soft slippers asap.The air con and fan - air con; blasted directly onto your head / bed facing so I was uncomfortable. Couldn’t get a gentle flow just whatever setting it always seemed turbo. The ceiling fan the same - low ceiling with a fast fan is again uncomfortable. And I did experience a fan falling out of a ceiling when I was in a hotel bed once in Bali - and I am therefore petrified of fans over beds esp when the ceiling is this low!Also I think the idea of the breakfast is generous - you have choice of a small buffet and in addition a choice of a Thai or American breakfast. However after day two I really wasn’t enjoying it. I didn’t like the taste of the food.Inconsistency: I stayed twice in a span of a week. When checking in, wasn’t offered a welcome drink but others guests were. Upon check out was kindly offered a little bag of a snack and drink - very nice. Check in second time, this time I asked for a welcome drink - which was provided (but I had to ask) and when checking out - this time no snack bag, even though asked, the check out person was like umm no. Needs to be consistency.I found this part of thong lo not interesting and too quiet. Reasonably quick walk to bts (about 7mins) but if you want to pop out and wander or grab a coffee close by, I didn’t notice any options.Finally as initially pretty the pool area is - it’s actually a dead zone - it has no vibe. The ladder into the pool is dangerous.
